 |  |  | While I appreciate the upgrade in shipping, it has done nothing to alter my opinion of shopping with Zappos.com. I do almost all of my shopping online. It is the easiest and simplest way for me to get exactly what I want. This is all to say, I know what I'm talking about when I state that Zappos.com is by far the MOST customer service driven company out there! With Zappos, the stores come to me. I suffer nothing except delayed gratification. In fact, you might say that with the increase in gas prices and road rage elevating everyone's stress levels, Zappos.com pays me to shop. So, again, I do appreciate the shipping upgrade, however, my opinion of this company could not get any higher.
