Great training shoe -
Overall best training shoe I've ever worn. I've used old running shoes for weight training/boxing/cross-fit up until now, never knew an actual cross training shoe would make a difference.

I've had these for a few months now. They are quite comfortable and feel almost like slippers. I mostly use these for running since they're light, flat, and feel more natural than my traditional running shoes. I wouldn't get the silver one again though...it's 'shiny' and I don't like that. White with black/red would be my suggestion.

I find the Nike Free Dynamic TR to be a half size too small. I am usually a 10.5, had to go with the 11.

I initially found these shoes on another website and they weren't going to ship them until Nov 11 due to high demand. So when I saw them available on Zappos I went for it right away, and guess what, they even shipped them overnight (I only paid for regular shipping) so I got them even sooner than expected! A+ on customer service! About the shoes, I was afraid that they were going to be too metallic, but they're just right! The size 7 fit perfectly (I'm an 8) so go with their recommendation on ordering a size down, but 1 1/2 size down might be pushing it. The blue-gray sheepskin lining is very soft and it's a nice contrast on the dark gray leather.

These are not as free as the 5.0, but they are still very nice to wear. They do have more support and harder soles. Contrary to their name they are not free.

Perfect Cross Trainer -
This shoe is extremely light weight, flexible yet durable. It's the perfect cross training shoe -- I use it for boxing and weight training.

Excellent shoe for working out at gym. Lightweight and comfortable. Would not want to wear shoe for other types of activities outside of gym. The shoe seems to run at least 1/2 size small.

Excellent exercise shoe -
I have been using Nike Free 5.0 to exercise at home for a number of years and bought these as a replacement. Quite an improvement -- feels sturdier, while still allowing a lot of flexibility, and staying surprisingly light. Excellent work.

Good buy/bad buy?
Great shoe. I have big feet and stay pretty active and need a good shoe that can keep up, stay comfortable, and look decent all the way from here to there. So, thanks for a well crafted shoe and thanks for having this available when and where no one else does.

Half way to barefoot?
I could not find a pair of Vivo Barefoots so I thought I would try the Nike Free. After a couple of weeks I am pleased with the shoe. It is very light and flexible, not barefoot but halfway there. I have used it for 2 mile walks with my dog and it was comfortable and fun to walk in. Please note, however, that I needed a full size larger shoe, but this has been my experience with Nike shoes in general.
