Booze Cruisin'
I ordered this watch on Saturday afternoon and expected it to be delivered around Thursday. I got an email on Sunday afternoon saying they upgraded my shipping to priority. I received it Monday morning! Watch was comfortable on my wrist out of the box, can't wait until the band 'applies' to my wrist. Easy to read and bright color (yellow). Shows time/date/Military time.
One small problem was that the side know ring was broken. May be a design flaw or not, I won't know until tomorrow. No problem, as I called up customer service and they shipped out a new one and gave me a coupon for my next order. My new watch will be here on Wednesday. Sweet! Will definitely order from here again and not just because of the coupon!

I received an email that my order was upgraded to priority shipping for no other reason than to say “Thanks for the business.” These are the kinds of things that totally win over customers, getting something extra when all you expect is the normal.
