If for any reason the order doesn't work out, Zappos is amazing about returns/exchanges, they pay for shipping and their response is fast and accurate. As a mother of 5, accuracy and expediency are vital. Zappos is my silver bullet and I no longer have to even leave the house to take my kids shopping for shoes.
