Very user friendly -
I bought this for my 8 year old and within an hour he had figured out how to set it! He wears it constantly (even to shower) and has set the alarm for all his activities. Good price, too.

 |  | Thank you for the excellent customer service your company provides. I appreciate the speed at which you delivered my order(s). Also, I like the fact that I can receive an order and return it at no cost to me; otherwise, I would probably not order on line. I have "bad feet", & I find it difficult to find shoes that are my size (4), and don't hurt.
I'll continue to use Zappos, and will most definitely spread the word about your company.
