Very user friendly -
I bought this for my 8 year old and within an hour he had figured out how to set it! He wears it constantly (even to shower) and has set the alarm for all his activities. Good price, too.

 |  | I recently ordered shoes from you and they were not the best fit. I called to sort out the exchange. Being a regular online shopper, I was kind of expecting that half hearted assistance I am so used to with other stores. I have been very impressed with every aspect of Zappos.com and will certainly be a regular from now on. The website is easy to navigate, the customer service guy was top notch, and I also love the greeting on the phone line. I am so sick of hearing, "Please listen to all menu prompts as some have recently changed" from other places. I'm hooked on Zappos. I will be around for awhile. |  | ~ Rachael D., May 01 2008
