Very user friendly -
I bought this for my 8 year old and within an hour he had figured out how to set it! He wears it constantly (even to shower) and has set the alarm for all his activities. Good price, too.

I was surprised to hear you didn't offer that next day service, and my husband was peeved at me, but I told him to call you guys because you've been very helpful before.
