Big foot comfort -
I got these for my husband who has a very difficult time finding shoes in his size that are comfortable. These fit well and were comfortable from the box. Also, the hook and loop make for easy and fast on/off. Thanks Zappos! Don't know what I'd do without you.

I have very wide feet and finding shoes that fit and look good is very hard. These shoes are very comfortable for me, I am on me feet a lot.

My 93-year-old dad has worn this shoe for years. The one problem we have to put a grommet hole at the end of each strap so he can put his grabber point in it to fasten the strap. Would you consider this for a line of shoes? Thanks.

This is just one of several pair I have purchased for my husband. Each time, he is very pleased with the shoe. It fits perfectly. He has a very wide foot, so that's important.

Pretty good overall - I bought these velcro strap sneakers for my father. He said they are true to size, and quite comfortable. I did read the reviews regarding the straps being too short and ordered them anyway. Well, it is true, and they look sort of odd with the strap only covering half of the exposed velcro. It makes it look like his foot is super wide for a shoe, when it really fits fine. Not in love with that aspect because for that kind of money they should give you the extra inch!!!

Shoes fit well, they look good and are comfortable - as other reviewers have said. The straps are too short - people do have arches and the manufacturer has not taken that into account. They MUST make the straps longer!

My husband has a hard time finding shoes that fit properly, are wide enough in the toe area, and provide support. These shoes felt wonderful on his feet as soon as he put them on. No break in time. He wears them all the time on weekends and says it is easier to walk in them for their support as he has bad knees and hammertoe.

SUPER ZAPPOS - I found these New Balance walking shoes about 8 or 10 years ago. I have an odd size foot and it is nice to have found a shoe that fits properly. I keep three pairs on my shoe rack. Black, Bobe, and my last pair for rough work. Zappos shipping is great. Thanks.

Great shoe for work.
I wear these shoes for work, and they are great. I fix computers at homes and small businesses so I do a lot of walking and often need to take my shoes off when I enter homes. The hook and loops make for quick and easy on and off.

BAD DESIGN -really short tabs -
I bought these shoes for my elderly father who was having problems which tying his shoes. I did see the reviews relating to the short tabs but was really surprised just how short they were. In order for them to even be usable I will need to have to pay to have the tabs lengthened. BAD DESIGN NEW BALANCE - don't waste your money!

Bought these shoes for my father-in-law. He has multiple health problems that make putting his shoes on very hard. These shoes are the best we have found for someone who needs easy on/off. Also good for his impaired balance.

Shoes for my son -
Shoes look good and feel great. My son loves to wear them. The only problem is the straps are too short. It would be great if they are 1/2 to 1" longer.

My first Zappos order -
I ordered size 7-1/2, and received size 12-1/2. The size difference was quite funny. I called customer service, and the young lady at Zappos was awesome. She immediately ordered the correct size for me and even overnighted the delivery. I was very impressed with the high professionalism of the customer service agent, yet compassionate attitude she had. Zappos will always be my choice for shoes, and my friends and family will know the high quality of people you have. Keep up the outstanding service.

Walking Comfort -
Due to two "Taylor's Bunions" and "Hammer Toes", finding comfortable walking shoes has been difficult. However, the New Balance MW576 has proven to be the solution. I rate these shoes as perfect for my feet.

I cannot understand how they can offer a wide shoe and use the same too-short velcro closures! They are constantly popping-off when I walk.

A Real Help -
I have had a hip replacement and cannot bend over to tie my shoes. But, I can use the velcro straps well. The shoes are quite comfortable.
