BAD DESIGN -really short tabs -
I bought these shoes for my elderly father who was having problems which tying his shoes. I did see the reviews relating to the short tabs but was really surprised just how short they were. In order for them to even be usable I will need to have to pay to have the tabs lengthened. BAD DESIGN NEW BALANCE - don't waste your money!

New Balance hook and loop -
Bought these shoes for my father-in-law. He has multiple health problems that make putting his shoes on very hard. These shoes are the best we have found for someone who needs easy on/off. Also good for his impaired balance.

Shoes for my son -
Shoes look good and feel great. My son loves to wear them. The only problem is the straps are too short. It would be great if they are 1/2 to 1" longer.

I have a hard time finding shoes that fit and comfortable. Since I bought these shoes my feet really don’t hurt anymore. I would recommend this product.

My first Zappos order -
I ordered size 7-1/2, and received size 12-1/2. The size difference was quite funny. I called customer service, and the young lady at Zappos was awesome. She immediately ordered the correct size for me and even overnighted the delivery. I was very impressed with the high professionalism of the customer service agent, yet compassionate attitude she had. Zappos will always be my choice for shoes, and my friends and family will know the high quality of people you have. Keep up the outstanding service.

Walking Comfort -
Due to two "Taylor's Bunions" and "Hammer Toes", finding comfortable walking shoes has been difficult. However, the New Balance MW576 has proven to be the solution. I rate these shoes as perfect for my feet.

I cannot understand how they can offer a wide shoe and use the same too-short velcro closures! They are constantly popping-off when I walk.

A Real Help -
I have had a hip replacement and cannot bend over to tie my shoes. But, I can use the velcro straps well. The shoes are quite comfortable.

The only shoe my dad will wear from now until forever!!!
This shoe is fabulous. My dad wears AFOs (as do I) and I finally convinced him to try New Balance shoes because they are so good with AFOs. He did and now that's all he wears. They are great because you can get whatever size and width. The only problem is everyone else knows that they are fabulous and they never seem to be in stock!

Old marine with foot problem -
My third pair of New Balance. Fit was as expected. Very true to exact size. Recently have had foot problems, but not because of these shoes. Because was not wearing shoe with enough arch when I did my serious walking. Don’t want to make that mistake again. Will probably go to more expensive shoes next. Just hoping to help my feet. These shoes are as good as I have ever had. Look great. Can’t go wrong for an everyday shoe.

NB Hook casual shoe -
The style and quality of this shoe is very good. Being black in color it has a dressier look than a white casual shoe. The hook and loop strips need to be longer, otherwise, the fit is true to size. I would recommend this shoe.

A very nice shoe - Looks great and the color is excellent. The fit is as expected; and the service cannot be beat. I just wish there were more colors to choose from, like dark brown for example.
