I love PW Minor and I love the looks of this shoe. However, this shoe did not accommodate my custom orthotics. It was not deep enough, the 7.5M that I ordered was narrow and too short. I usually wear a 7.5M in PW Minor. I was very disappointed. The shoe is nice, but the fit is bad.

NICE LOOKING, COMFORTABLE SHOE -
LOVE THESE SHOES! They are the best looking shoes in my closet - it's very hard to find shoes for diabetic feet that aren't incredibly ugly. These are as close to "feminine" shoes as I can get, AND they are very comfortable. I do add a Spenco innersole, and there still is plenty of room in the toe box. Just wish that Zappos could get them in my size in the taupe color - I already have the black and brown suede - and in the plain leather rather than just the suede.

This is my favorite shoe. PW Minor is so comfortable and support an orthodic insert. I have 3 pairs of PW Minors and look forward to their new styles. I have arthritis, bone spurs in my feet and love the way this shoe has a kind of spring in the heel. Very comfortable.

Disappointing -
I couldn't tell how poorly the heels fit my foot (c-d width) until I walked outside and in more places than just on my carpet; and then it was too late to return them. No diabetic considerations, I just wanted a very comfy shoe that was not a sneaker. I find the soles too stiff, and this seems to be why the heels flop up and down, even with 2 sets of heel pads. If I do much walking, I end up with blisters in the heel area, so these expensive shoes are hardly worn, except at home.

Brooklyn Born -
I had purchased the same shoe in brown, but the black seemed a bit tighter (narrow). Hopefully they will stretch.

A more stylish tie shoe -
A roomy toe-box, I like that these shoes don't look clunky, and are a little more stylish than your standard tie shoe. The first time I wore them was to work. A hard way to "break in" new shoes, since they were on my feet for at least 18 hours. At the end of the day I felt no irritation or sore spots; my feet felt fine. Although my feet were OK at the end of the day, I have flat feet and the shoes have no arch support. Also I'd like the shoes to have a more cushion-like feel.

The look is good--the fit not so much. I ordered these in 9.5W. The toes fit well but the heel is very loose. So loose that I had to send them back. The overall look is non-clunky, even sleek, for a lace-up shoe. But if you have wide feet with narrow heels this one won't work for you.

A wide shoe that looks relatively streamlined.
Some of the other PW Minor shoes that I have tried for my very wide foot look clunky, but the Bella has a streamlined shape and looks like something a person might choose to wear! Because the 4W is actually wide enough for my foot, I wear a full size smaller in this shoe than usual.

Good casual dress shoe -
Nice details. These go well with pants and are comfortable all day for someone who is on her feet about 10 hours out of 12.

Comfortable and [relatively] good looking!
Had to order a half size smaller, but this is a comfortable, roomy shoe with nice support for me, despite significant foot problems. I can wear them all day comfortably - my one issue is that the top edge of the shoe by my ankle is very hard and unyielding, so it rubs - PW Minor should line that edge with a bit of soft leather to make it more forgiving. Still like the shoe so much that I ordered it in every color available, although I couldn't get the others from Zappos because they didn't have my size/width available.

4E shoes not a true 4E -
I just received my shoes and they are too narrow. This is not a true 4E! Also the quality was poor on the medial side of the left shoe. The shoes look good, but for the price the quality could be better.

Style, comfort, support - It's hard to believe that these shoes are coded for diabetic shoes they're just too pretty!!! I ordered them in black and taupe and will probably go back and order the brown. Easy on the feet, easy on the eyes. Great shoe!!! Thanks Zappos for your continuing great service!

Poor stitchery -
I liked every thing about the appearance of the shoe - although my husband thought the black sole on the brown shoe was unattractive - too aggressive-looking - he would have preferred a sole that matched, or came closer to, the color of the shoe.
My gripe is with the stitching around the top of the heel - it is very rough - and I am going to take it to a shoemaker to put a piece of leather over the stitching - an added expense that I don't really want, but I can't wear the shoes otherwise. The problem is partly design, I think, but also the result of sloppy workmanship.

Good but could use one improvement -
The shoes width was great. I wear EE and it was comfortable. I just felt my foot needed to be down in the shoe more in the back to make it even more comfortable. I didn't feel it was deep enough. Heel height was good as I wear a prosthesis and need to pay particular attention to heel height.

Very comfortable -
Very easy on the heel. Able to wear to work with suits. My feet usually get very tired and achy at the end of the day, but these are very comfortable.

 | | As incredible as it may seem, this is a true story: It was 6 days before camp started for three of my four children. As a working mom who loves to come home, pull on a pair of old jeans and sit on the floor to play Battleship or jam to Guitar Hero or sit outside and paint with water colors, it's easy to understand why avoiding the packing list can become a battle of wills. Every year, it's the same story and every year, it seems that the children grow 10 inches between the end of school and the start of camp, which sends me into a flurry of insanity as I try to piece together as many pairs of shorts, socks, shoes, and t-shirts as possible between 6 PM and midnight. Enter Zappos. At 10:00 on Thursday evening, my daughter and I clicked Confirm on an order for 3 pairs of Keens with standard 3-5 day shipping and quickly put the matter of water shoes out of our heads. You can only imagine our surprise when by 3:00 on Friday a box holding 3 pairs of Keens was sitting on our doorstep! But, we weren't finished. One of the three pair did not fit the intended child and the style of a second pair was not as easy to put on for the 7 year old as we had hoped. Quickly, we returned to the computer. One order was processed within seconds, but the second return continued to show up as an error despite multiple attempts. I grabbed the phone and called customer service. I was greeted with a bubbly and happy Hello! proceeded by an unprecedented can do easily done attitude. The shoes were on their way and the return hadn't even left our house! There it was! Long lost TRUST with a capital T. By Monday afternoon, the replacements were in hand and by mid-week, the packing list had been conquered. Will we return to Zappos? You bet! Was the experience an absolute pleasure? Absolutely! Has Zappos redefined customer service and satisfaction? Let's hope so!
