Bought the brown ones - I bought a half size larger, but found they were too big. They seemed reasonably comfortable but I think that's only because they are fairly low heeled. I expected more due to the Nike Air cushioning. Overall not as nice as I expected.

Beautiful shoe, but very narrow -
This is a beautiful, classic mid-heel pump, but it felt extremely narrow and also felt at least a half size smaller than I would expect a size nine to feel. While the air pump feature may be comfortable if the shoe fits, the shoe was too narrow for me to judge the comfort level with any accuracy. If you have narrow feet (I usually wear a B) and you are looking for an elegant but simple pump, then this shoe may be perfect, though you may still need to order a half size larger. I am going to send my order back and try another brand, as this is the third pair of Cole Haan shoes I have ordered that were too narrow for me.

I have three pair of these shoes; they do run small, especially for wider feet. I find Cole Haan to run a little on the small side anyway so I generally order up in size. I would suggest how they fit depends in part on age as well since feet tend to spread some with age. I have found ordering a full size to a size and a half bigger than my foot measures has ensured a shoe with the most comfort for longer term wear. A slightly large shoe can always be amended (and leaves room for natural foot swelling throughout the day), a too small shoe will never be comfortable.

TERRIBLE SERVICE -
I had high expectations after reading the great reviews for Zappos, but I couldn't have been more disappointed. I ordered these shoes specifically for an event, and after placing the order received multiple confirmations emails that they were being sent -- including a shipping upgrade promising that they were packed, ready to go, and being sent out the next business day. A week later I had to call to find out what the problem was -- my order was lost and they have since run out. They offered to purchase them through Nordstrom for me -- so long as I pay the balance and Nordstrom's shipping fee. I'm now looking forward to scrambling on a Sunday afternoon to find a replacement.
I've noticed that the shoes are still listed as 'in stock' on this site -- I would double check before ordering, I was told they weren't expecting to receive more anytime soon.

Hot and Sassy -
I had been looking for red patent leather pumps for a while. Finally found em!! Perfect heel height and ideal color of red (some reds out there are too much) I had to order 1/2 size larger than usual though. The Nike Air Pump is a nice addition.

Great Work Shoe -
This shoe is gorgeous! I got it in Red and it is stunning. The fit was true to size and the Nike Air makes it so comfortable. I never spend this much on shoes but the comfort and style made it easy to swallow as I know I will have this shoe for a long time!

These shoes rock my world!
These shoes are classic, comfortable, and perfect for work or out on the town. They are so, so comfortable. I wanted a nice pump that didn't hurt my feet as I am walking all day. These are perfect, I could not be happier!!! Highly recommended!

What you need for work right now -
Or at least, what I need for work. I've been working in very casual environments for a long time, but as I move into more senior positions, my interesting Italian open toed pumps were a bit too young and interesting. I read a review of these shoes in the WSJ and thought that sounds good. Be warned - I normally wear an 8.5 in dress shoes (my dance shoes are actually 8!) and I had to exchange the size 9 Cole Haan’s for 9.5. They are perfect - comfortable, good quality feeling, attractive and conservative.

First time buy -
The shoes are taking awhile to break in, but pretty comfortable. I wore them in NYC after wearing them a few times. Not very comfortable across the top of my foot, but the support on the bottom is amazing.

Good investment -
I bought these for a funeral after reading about them in the book, How Not to Look Old. They were uncomfortable at first, but given two days of funerals and viewings, it was understandable. The longer I have worn them, the more comfortable they are. They are a basic and nothing to fall in love over, but they also go with everything and, with the Cole Haan background, will last forever.

So comfortable!
These are definitely worth the money. I have tried to wear heels for years, but couldn't because of a bad broken toe. Why have 10 pairs of $50 shoes you'll never wear when you could have one pair of shoes you could sleep in?
