The size and width are fine. My granddaughter says they are very comfortable. Good arch support. Easy to get on and off.

This is a great boot for dressing up and dressing down. My daughter was between sizes and I ordered both easily and went with the bigger size. You just can't beat the ease of Zappos customer service and return policy. I needed these in a rush for a special occasion and it all worked out, as in next day delivery. Easy to take care of, too. I think we are going to get a lot of mileage with these boots without them looking like it! My daughter likes them because they are pretty, but they are still practical. She easily runs in them. Worth the money!

Great looking shoe but definitely runs small and narrow. We are going to try again in a different size. We'll see.

Too Narrow -
This shoe runs very narrow and small - which is strange because I have the Kid Express Calico in brown suede and it fit my daughter normally. Perhaps it is something to do with the patent leather. Too bad because it is such a cute shoe.

These shoes run very, very small -
I ordered a size 9.5 in these shoes for my daughter who normally wears an 8.5. When these arrived, they were so small I couldn't get them on her feet and they had a very strong chemical smell. They are adorable looking, but the sizing seems to be way off.

I also wanted to send a much belated thank you for a service you did for me about a year ago. At the time, my son broke his leg very badly and we needed some "basketball breakaway pants" to put over it so he could go out of the house, as the cast was quite large. We couldn't find them anywhere, but my mother found them on your website. She called to order the pants and when she told you of our situation you sent them immediately on overnight delivery at no charge to us. While that may seem like a small thing to you, it was a HUGE thing to us and we were grateful beyond measure. Thank you for your kindness.
