Love these sandals. Was looking for and needed a more casual/flat sandal and these are perfect. Very comfy. I got them in the silver and the black and love both pairs. Great with pants, shorts, and skirts.

Cute and comfortable, but didn't work for me -
For some reason, the straps that should have contained my right little toe didn't...they worked fine on the left side. Must be me. They'll have to be returned.

I have another pair in brown/tan leather. The pair I received was a looser fit even after tightening the strap. Wondered if they were 2nd, not 1st quality. I don't wear them everyday. Was so impressed with how fast they shipped and I received. Way to go on the shipping. Would try again.

Love this shoe. I can walk forever and my feet don't hurt. I get a lot of compliments when I wear it. I love all my shoes from Sofft - pumps, sandals, boots.

Great looking sandal for wide feet!
I highly recommend this sandal. Very cute and very comfortable! I have a wide foot and always dread trying to find a cute sandal that will look equally good with pants and skirts, but I think this is a definite winner! I ordered a wide width, and it feels great. Very cute - strappy but not too trendy. I chose silver, and it looks great!

Comfort is King -
I find this shoe to be comfortable with light support. It’s a shoe which keeps your feet happy all day walking, but looks cute too with a skirt, shorts or pants. I would just like the straps to be a little tighter.

So comfortable-so cute -
These are amazing shoes. They are cushy on the bottom-just like my other Sofft shoes. The straps are comfortable and the gold leather looks amazing. I live in NYC and do a lot of walking so these are a winner for me. Women stop me in stores and on the street to compliment these shoes. The strap that hits the outermost part of my foot is a little big for the rest of the shoe but when I'm standing flat you don't even notice. I will buy Sofft's again and again. As with the other Sofft shoes I buy a half size down. I'm a 7 1/2 but the 7's fit better.

A very good thing -
Flat sandals that look nice/dressy-ish can be hard to find, but these fit the bill. I find you have to order up a half size in most Sofft shoes, and these are no exception. Unfortunately they only had size 6.5 (my usual size) in the color I wanted, so I kept them, but 7 would have been so much better. My right foot is still *slightly* swollen after surgery and this meant the buckle dug painfully into the side of my foot. This, like other Sofft shoes, is not for people who might have even slightly wide feet. If you have feet that tend towards narrow and can get a half size up from usual, you shouldn't hesitate to get these. Very comfy foot bed and straps and they look very pretty.

I have a hard time finding strappy sandals with my wide foot. I love these sandals. They didn't take any breaking-in for them to be comfortable. I highly recommend them!!!

Nice flat sandal. Go for gold.
I walk a lot and am 7 months pregnant--I'm usually a heel person but recent knee surgery + pregnancy forced me to choose flats this summer and these are the best of the lot. The gold look great, they're comfortable, and they're more stylish than I thought they'd be. My little toe sticks out of the right sandal, but that's due to a wonky toe. I did order up in width but kept my regular size. They're working out really well--but then, I still have August to go.

Very comfortable shoe with expected Sofft insole. Great to have a dress sandal that is flat. The leather on this sandal is slightly tipped with gold, nice touch but not gauche. But you know, the best thing is buying from Zappos. I could have gotten this shoe at a department store, but the service from Zappos is great. I am hoping they start to carry another favorite brand of mine, Munro. Another comfortable shoe.

I ordered these in gold and silver. They look great and feel great initially, but these shoes are not made for walking all day. I wore them out to dinner and to church with no problems. The third time I wore them to work – walking in Manhattan. Mistake, by the end of the day I had an open blister that cut right into my toe.

Love 'em!
I have a wide foot and a high arch, so these are very comfortable; I can see that if someone had flatter feet, it might be too narrow in the arch, but for me, these are perfect. The leather is soft and doesn't need much breaking in and the footbed is really soft and comfortable. Also, the silver color adds a little glamour, so I can feel dressy without needing a high heel. I've gotten a lot of compliments on them already; I'm considering buying them in more colors.

These shoes were true to size. The cushioning of the sole is very good. My feet are very sensitive, so I found some of the straps to rub a little. Each time I wear them, it is less. For a sensible sandal, they are cute.

A rare miss from Sofft -
I wasn't wild about the looks of this sandal but needed something with a low heel and I like Sofft’s. This seemed to run both big and wide. But I didn't try a different size (even though Zappos makes this very painless) because I didn't like the way the shoe was put together. Most of the footbed is pebbled and the joint with the smooth leather is very noticeable. I was afraid I'd get blisters, so I sent them back.

Beautiful comfortable sandal- odd fit -
This is a gorgeous comfortable sandal. The fit is a little odd though. I had to get a half size larger. The bed of the shoe is smaller and I think it works better for people with a high instep, which I have.

What a great sandal. Very flattering to my foot. The only thing is that the strap seemed a little loose. To tighten it, I had to poke a hole through to fasten the buckle tighter. (Seems like when it was made the hole didn't go all the way through both the leather and the gold covering.) After that, it fit well. I have a full foot - 9W - high instep and arch - and this sandal was very comfortable all day, and it won't be a problem if my feet swell in the heat.

Really nice shoes!
These were not super-comfortable out of the box; they took a couple of wearings to "break in." However, by the 3rd or 4th day...awesome! The gold is a little bright for me but I can live with it. Overall I would try this brand again.

Great Shoe!
I was looking for something comfortable for my wide high arch foot, that didn't look like it was made for the geriatric crowd. This shoe hit the mark! It was highly approved by my teen daughters for looks, and highly approved by my feet for comfort. The foot bed is soft and the edges of the straps are rounded & smooth. Provides some arch support which is unusual in this style.

So pretty--too bad they didn't fit!
I ordered these in 10 W, in silver. They were even more gorgeous in person than the photos--but unfortunately, did not fit. They were too narrow. I could just barely, barely get my foot in, and the strap across the back, while it did fit, was really tight.
Dazzled by their beauty, I momentarily thought of seeing if they would stretch enough to be comfortable, then came to my senses and decided to reluctantly return them.
I think if these had come in a WW size, they would have been perfect. It's SO hard to know if something will fit or not--sometimes I wear a 10 regular, sometimes 10 W, sometimes 10 WW. It's kind of frustrating, really.
Anyway, problems with the shoes aside, I have nothing but good things to say about Zappos. Your customer service is outstanding, from live phone representatives to the website, and the shipping is lightning fast. I can't imagine shopping for shoes anywhere else.
