Brixton Hat -
I was not pleased overall with this hat solely based on the fact that the base does not have enough length. Every time I wear it, it inches its way up over my ears and looks ridiculously funny.

 |  | You guys truly are the best! I will forever by a Zappos customer. You guys easily have the best selection of any shoe store on the web or any mega store front in a mall. Shopping for shoes physically at a shoe store is very tiresome because they never seem to have the sizes or styles that I like. So you go from store to store and very possibly will never find anything you really want and sometimes buy something you really don't like. Also, other store fronts on the web do not do as good as job as Zappos at showing the customer all the important information about the shoe - different view points, colors, reviews, etc. Your customer service is first class. Your packaging and shipping service is first class. And again, your web-site is first class and flat out beats everyone else on the market. The shoes I ordered looked exactly like what I picked on your web-site. I got EXACTLY what I wanted. This is just my second time ordering from Zappos and I will never buy shoes from anyone else again. If I need anything else in the future for myself, my wife, or my kids, I will come to Zappos first.
