I chose the color of winter 2009/10 which is charcoal. These are tastefully stylish shoes. You will collect many compliments for these shoes that cost about half of what you think they would. The construction is perfectly fine. If there was a comfort shoe category, they would be ranked mid range which is good considering how fashionable they are. Dear Zappos, can you please add a comfort shoe category? It can be dynamically indexed by customer feedback ratings on comfort. Half to full size smaller than marked. In the end I did a return rather than an exchange because it wasn't a substantial/bulky enough shoe to go with pants. It can be a challenge to feel anchored in pants unless you're wearing a bit of heel or a shoe with some there there.

I am convinced that I have single-handedly brought your company dozens of new customers because I have pitched your service and selection to women everywhere (especially with difficult sizes!).
