The slippers are great. Very comfortable and warm. I'm hard on shoes and these seem to be holding up great. Zappos is the best and has unbelievable service.

Wanted a warm pair of slippers with heels so that I could go out to get the paper (across the street) in the morning. These fit the bill with warm shearling inside and a sole that could stand the dew.

Once I got the right size, this slipper is perfect! With the fleece lining, the listed size was one size too short (i.e. I needed to order a size 14 rather than a 13). These slippers are great; I wear them every day. Well worth the price! Zappos handled the return of the first pair without a hitch. This is a great company, and I will keep buying from them in the future.

Great Slippers -
These slippers are really nice and warm. Very well made and good looking. The best part is my feet are finally WARM. The fur warmed my feet instantly. I would recommend these slippers to anyone who wants warmth and comfort, and they look good.

This is a very nice sweater. It is very nicely made of lambswool. Very soft, vivid color.

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
