I absolutely love these boots! I got them and I fell in love. They are so comfortable and they look great on. Perfect for mini skirts, pants, etc. They are chic looking and they complement any outfit! I would recommend this boot to everyone!

I have had other pairs of Sudini boots in the past that I really liked, so I had high hopes for these. But when they arrived, I was so disappointed! I normally wear a 5-1/2 wide or extra wide shoe. These felt too narrow in the foot and too short, also. I was going to exchange them for a size 6, but I agree with the others who say the ankle is too wide. It looks sloppy when you walk. Weird fit. If they came in an extra wide and the ankle fit more snugly, I'd be a happy lady! I'm sending them back and hopefully will find another boot that fits and looks fashionable! Help!

Almost a Perfect Fit - The foot and the calf were a nice fit; but I have to agree with a previous reviewer that the ankle area is large. Also, the brown color is very dark. It almost looks black.

A miss -
These boots are gorgeous and would have been perfect for what I needed them for if not for one small detail. The ankle area is almost as large as the calf area, and thus the boot suffers badly from the "fat ankle syndrome". I have muscular calves so finding boots to fit is close to impossible. These fit fantastically in the calves, but the ankle looked horrible. Returning them for something else.

I was disappointed when these arrived. They looked great in the pictures but ran a bit small and awkwardly only cover about 3/4 of my shin. Otherwise they seemed comfortable, had a good foot shape and reasonable heel

Fabulous fitting boots -
I was extremely satisfied to find that these boots not only look as good as pictured but fit even better. In every facet. I have muscular calves but these boots fit very comfortably from day one. I was also concerned about the width but this too proved to be unnecessary. The "break in" time was almost nothing and I was able to wear these boots out in comfort from the first time I put them on my feet. I'm very happy with the look. Better than I was suspecting. A solid heel that isn't too high for walking comfort but fashionably chic. This black boot is very attractive and looks great with skirts and stockings. This is my second pair of Sudinis--which are becoming my favorite line. I'll buy more in the future. I love wearing boots and it's hard to find a pair that fits this comfortably right off the bat but these boots did. I highly recommend them. It was money well spent.

Classy, sexy and comfortable...
Great boots. I have ample calves and these just fit...maybe a little tight but they will give over time. There's an elastic area to allow for this. They do come up quite high, so be ready for that. I'm 5'3''tall with average length legs and they come about an inch below my knee. They have a sleek sexy look to them appropriate for work with skirts or for anytime. They are also very comfortable with room inside for additional inserts if you like. I will likely get some gel pads for under the ball of my feet to make them really cushy. The toe area is well designed with the currently popular "almond" shape, which does not pinch or squeeze toes at all. I'm very happy with these. The leather is nice quality...although I'm not 100% sure that the insides are leather...wish I knew.

Brown boots -
I looked for a long time for versatile brown boots. These were about the best I could find in terms of color and fit. The appearance is stylish but not trendy. Although the foot section was comfortable, the heel felt higher than it looks after an hour or so of wearing them. My main concern was the elastic around the top part of the boot. I have an average sized calf but the elastic felt tight on both legs. It hasn't loosened yet after several wearings so I am somewhat disappointed. You definitely will know that you are wearing boots. However, the foot part is fine and the brown leather looks rich, unlike that strange color which brown leather can often take.

This is my second pair of Sudini boots. I loved my first one, but have to return this pair. I ordered a size 4 (yes, I am tiny) and I could barely zip up. The circumference is at most 12" although they are marked as 14". I wish they could make it half an inch wider. Sudini is really for skinny feet and calves.

This is a really terrific boot to wear with skirts as well as with pants. Lives up to Sudini quality and comfort.

SUDINI SHOES always Super-dini -
Style & heel height perfect for all wear - skirts, jumpers, pants, etc. Initially felt slight rubbing on last few toes which was not an issue - no pain, no blistering & no abrasion. Upper allows room for various calf sizes. I will wear for years to come - at least 10 more! They are stylish & comfy, the perfectly timeless boot for many winter seasons to come. I can't comment on arch support or orthotics because I'm flat footed and don't wear orthotics.

Extremely Comfortable -
These boots are the most comfortable boots I have worn in a long time that have any kind of heel on them. Even though the rounded toe does come to a slight point, I did not find my toes being pinched or even hurting. I was worried the first day I wore them because I knew it would be a long day, and I was worried about my feet hurting. I did not have that problem with these boots. I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic boot!
I have wide feet and it is very hard for me to find stylish shoes that actually fit, particularly heels. I originally ordered this boot in a 7 wide but when they came I found that I needed to go up one size. Zappos sent me the 7 1/2 wide the next day! They didn't even charge me for the second pair, even though I had not returned the first at that time. The boots fit great, they look beautiful and are very well made. I have gotten many compliments on how nice they look and I will definitely be ordering more Sudinis in the future. Thanks Zappos!

Nice heel height -
I have several pairs of boots and was looking for a plain boot with a moderate heel. I love the other Sudini boots I own, so I bought these. It is a nice, clean looking boot and the heal height is great. They are fairly well made, maybe not quite as nice as my other Sudini boots, the zipper sticks a little. It took a few wears before they were really comfortable and they are a little loose around the ankle. But it is a good solid boot and I get compliments on them.

Pretty but short toe area -
The boot is very pretty. However, the toe area is short and my toes were pushed into the point. I didn't have to think twice about returning them.

Lovely boots, but calf is NOT narrow -
These boots are advertised as having a 14" calf diameter, but mine just arrived and the calf diameter is close to 15.5". It's a pity, because they are lovely, comfortable, and well-fitting otherwise -- just like the other Sudinis I own, except for the fact that the ones I bought 5 years ago fit perfectly in the calves as well.
It's odd that Sudini doesn't seem to make a boot with a slim calf anymore; I've tried at least five different Sudini styles in the past couple of years, and they all fit like this now. So this is a great style if you have an average calf size, but for women with skinnier legs, this probably will disappoint you.

These boots are perfect. I have a hard time finding tall boots to fit my short and skinny legs, and these ones work just great. I find myself looking to buy more skirts just so I can show off the beauty of these boots!

Sudini is the best - I owned a pair of Sudini boots for a few years now. They are stylish and last for a long time. My boots are 5 years old and look like new. I just bought a pair of the Brianna. I love them as much as my other pair. I don't agree with others comments about the calf being too narrow or tight...in fact I think just the opposite. My calves are lean but not anything out of the ordinary. There is plenty of space in the calf area. They are extremely comfortable and look great on. I have gotten lots of compliments. They are expensive, but well worth the price. The order was placed on a Thursday and by early day Friday the boots were here. I highly recommend both the Brianna boots and Zappos.com.

More comfortable than slippers - They really are the most comfortable footwear I own. The ankles look like they may threaten to bulge over time because the leather is so soft and beautiful. Wish I knew how to prevent that because it happens to all boots. But these are a very simple, classy pair of incredibly comfortable boots.

Nice basic boot -
This is a nice boot with a thinner heel that looks stylish but isn't too tall to walk on -- it is a 2 3/4 inch heel. The ankle area is a bit loose and the shaft circumference is a little bigger than my other pair of Sudinis (the Summit), but they were the best fit of 7 pairs I tried.
