Excellent find -
I took everyone's advice and bought them a half size larger than normal and they fit perfectly. They are perfect for all seasons.

Run small -
I have several pairs of Stuart Weitzman shoes. I am reliably a 9.5. These 9.5s are so small, that I think I would need a 10 or even a 10.5.

What happened to the Bottoms?
I already reviewed the shoe but I just noticed something odd. The bottoms of both shoes are covered with a thin black "coating" that has completely worn off with 1 wearing, revealing a grayish, worn out looking piece of leather. I'm afraid after another use, the black sole that is visible from the top of the shoe will be visibly worn too, much like if you drag your toe like a little kid does. Very disappointing, considering how much I paid for these lovely little darlings.

WOWEEE!
These shoes are stunning! Shiny patent leather ballet flats that go with everything. Even though it's winter and snowing here, I wanted so bad to wear them. Compliments galore. The ones I bought are blue in the front and turn into black in the back. You won't see these at the mall.

These are very cute but I think they are sized differently than other Stuart Weitzmans. I usually wear an 8.5B in Weitzman shoes and I feel like I would need a 9B or maybe even a 9.5B in this shoe. I am going to try the 9B as the shoe is very nice other than the sizing problem.

 |  | Your team rocks! On Labor Day (9/1) I ordered two pairs of Hunter boots because I wasn't sure which was going to fit best. First off, I get an email the next day telling me I'm receiving my boots priority. So that day, 9/2, I received my boots after ordering on a national holiday, no less! I was wowed! I tried on both pairs. The ones that were too small I knew I wanted to return. The other ones looked like they had been worn before. I easily printed the return label/form for the smaller boots. I called customer service for the exchange and they handled it effectively and efficiently. She told me to send back both pairs of boots and a new pair would be sent priority. I assumed she meant after Zappos had received the returns. Nope! In fact, I received the correct boots today, on 9/3. How crazy is that? To order boots on a holiday, 9/1, and have the entire receive-return-receive wrapped up 48 hours later? AWESOME! Thank you for your team's great service. I've ordered before and now am even more of a fan for the service I received when something isn't exactly right. And that telephone recording with you and Serena Williams! Brilliant!
