Great shoes for first walkers. We love the pediped brand for new walkers. Not only are they cute and stylish, but my son seems to be very comfortable in them and they wear really well. Would recommend this shoe to anyone with a baby who has recently started walking or is learning how to walk!

Smelly and slippery! I have 2 pair for my son and although they are cute and comfy, they are also smelly shoes after a few times. They wear and also make the kids feet smell bad. The slippery part is that they have NO tread on bottom, so if your child is running around, be prepared to have them slip, especially on hardwood floors/tile. I had to rig them up by putting the non-slip pads that they give for adult shoes because the slips never stopped! My son loves them but they come with issues for me!!!

A shoe my son can not take off & lose -
I got my 8 month old son a pair of Pedipeds for the comfort and hopes that he couldn’t take it off on his own. I succeeded in both categories, the shoe is so soft, and that is what his DR. recommends for when he begins to walk. The really cool part is...he can NOT take it off, my son (and I am sure many others can relate) hates to have socks or shoes on his feet. When we would go away and he had his tennis shoes on, he would kick them off and pull his socks off, nothing worse then being out to dinner and having to dress your baby all over again before returning out to the cold, ha! I just love these shoes and everywhere we go I get comments on how cute they are. The only thing I had trouble with was the size, the chart is really off, I had to return a pair that were too small and get the next size up, the customer service dept. was GREAT though, I give them a thumbs up...they overnighted the new shoes to me and they are great, I sent the other ones back and it was such a smooth and easy transaction, wish everywhere worked that well. : ) Thanks for everything!!

These are my 15-month-old son's favorite pair of shoes. Not only are they soft and comfortable, but also incredibly light. I would highly recommend these shoes.

Cute As Can Be -
I love these shoes. My son's feet and ankles are chubby so he can't wear elastic shoes such as Robeez. These do very well. I have just two cautions: they're slippery for wearing indoors and, despite the open strapping, my son's feet get hot and clammy in them.

Pediped shoes -
These shoes are great for those just starting to walk - so easy to get on! The only thing is that the bottom is a little slippery on certain surfaces. I would really recommend for those who are crawling and standing - just to have their little feet covered in public places.

Slippery shoe on some surfaces -
Very cute shoe. I love the way it looks. I like, too, that it has a slightly padded sole. What I don't like is that the bottom of the shoe is slippery on some surfaces such as hardwoods. New walkers need a little better traction.

Worth the Money!
I balked at spending so much for my son's first toddler shoes, but after buying cheaper shoes that pinched him, gave him blisters and seemed to impede him from walking, I thought I'd bite the bullet and buy these. From the beginning they have been perfect - he doesn't even seem to know they're on and he actually seems to walk more in them - maybe because of the slightly padded soles. They are also good for his wide feet. They are wonderful.

A great transition shoe from the Robeez type shoe. Has extra padding on sole with strong velcro closures. This shoe dries nicely after being soaked in water puddles.

Very happy with these shoes -
I have a pre-walker who wants to stand and toddle about in public (while holding our fingers). So I needed some shoes for him that were (1) cute, (2) very soft and flexible and (3) don't pinch. These shoes fit the bill. They never leave any type of red mark on his feet or ankles and he seems just as comfortable with them on as with being bare foot. And I think they stay on better and are less binding then the Robeez we tried first. And they are SO cute on! Very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend this product. I went with others opinion that they ran a little big (we were between sizes) and I found the size I ordered fit perfectly.

Great First Shoe!
I bought these for my son's first pair of shoes when he was 13 months old. He was just beginning to walk and I wanted a shoe with a very flexible sole. This was perfect! The shoes are easy to put on, and they stay on nicely. He has no trouble walking in them, and I get compliments on how cute they are all the time.

These little shoes are just great! The leather is very nice and the stitching makes them look well made. I love them; I bought them a little too big but makes sense, bec. baby is growing so fast! Just an overall cute little shoe.

Cute first shoes -
Bought these for my son who has just started walking. They are a great alternative to Robeez, but with a lot more style. Love them with just about any outfit. He was been able to walk in them from the first time I put them on him. The only reason I gave them 4 stars overall is because they tend to be really wide and work better with socks. Doesn't bother me, but might for some.

Excellent Shoes!!!
These are the first real pair of shoes that I purchased for my little boy and we both love them. They are soft and extremely flexible.
I love that the shoes stay on my son's very chubby feet! Overall they are EXCELLENT shoes.

These shoes are worth every penny and I can't wait to buy my baby more of these. I just wish I had found them sooner & my only request would be that they come in half sizes as well as my 1 year old is not quite fitting in the 12-24 months, he is still in the 6-12 months which are JUST right. What can I say about pedipeds...they are adorable on my son's foot, he can easily walk in them and they don't come off his feet which is a mother's dream come true. I love these shoes and will be back for more!!

When I bought this shoe my son was having problems walking with the other shoes I bought at the mall as he was just learning to walk. Then I bought this shoe and he tried them on, now he is walking well in them as if he is bare foot and it is good for both indoors and outdoors.

Precious, but not so roomy -
I bought the 6-12 months for my 7 month old baby boy. They are so precious, but he doesn’t have much room in them at all. He probably has only another month in them.

Pediped is a hit with my grandson -
My little grandson Jonathan Ryan loves his shoes...I brought him the sandals, navy blue....he doesn't try to remove them like he does his other shoes and sandals. They look great with all of his outfits...they have a neat, European, expensive look to them...
he is a walker and is able to navigate quite well in them, and they support his foot very well.
I want to buy more pedipeds for him.

We found these baby shoes to be cute and well made. Our 13 month old, unfortunately, likes to play with the velcro closures so I find I am putting them back on more frequently than our Bobux.

Wonderful First Shoe for a Summer Baby!
Our son turned 1 June 1st and was starting to take a few steps...time for shoes! I wasn't sure about spending more than a few bucks for his shoes, but he wouldn't keep on the cheap tennis shoes grandma bought, so we tried the pedipeds. He kept them on, and is able to feel the ground beneath his feet so he can still practice walking. The shoes are light weight and completely soft and flexible. These shoes are a great first shoe for summer babies learning to walk.

The Best Baby Shoe -
I love these shoes! I've bought three different pairs of pedipeds for my 11 month old, and they've all been wonderful. It's so hard to find decent soft-soled shoes for babies--I've gotten lots of shoes as gifts, but they are all in the back of the closet. Pedipeds are the only shoes I put on him. And they're great looking, too.

My 7 month old is a big boy and you can't find infant shoes in his size that fit, this shoe is very light and he will wear them all day.
