Shoe feels fine. Lots of room on the side and the toes. The velcro fastenings could be a bit longer, but I have wide feet. Glad I ordered the D width.

These shoes are great! I got them for work. I'm on my feet for 12 hours a day and they were comfortable from the start. No break in time needed. I have plenty of room for comfortable socks and my feet were not sore or tired at the end of the day. It is awesome that I can finally find shoes that fit my wide feet without traveling all over town to find them.

These New Balance athletic shoes are the best I have ever had. The wide toe box keeps my fussy toes comfortable. The support is very cushioned. And if you have never had velcro closures, they tighten and remain tight, and of course, they are just easier to use than lace ties. This is a good shoe that I hope will always be there for me throughout the years. Don\'t mess with this combination of comfort, good looks, and ease!

New Balance was recommended to me by my podiatrist as was the Zappos website due to the free shipping and the ease in which returns, if needed, were handled. I am pleased to say that I was pleased with both the shoes and the purchase process and although I have returned one pair (another brand), these were a good fit and all that they were advertised to be.

Discovered Zappos a few years back and don't know how I ever got along without them. Excellent prices, the best service and such a friendly bunch. Who could ask for more? And I get great comfort in my feet to boot!

I purchased these shoes because I\'d fallen and I had trouble getting my other shoes tied. First the service from Zappos was outstanding, the shoes arrived the day after I ordered them. The shoes were perfect as I could get them on and fastened easily and then as my foot swelled it was easy to loosen the shoe.

Sneakers arrived in a few days, right size and color. The fit is fine and the velcro tabs are great. I can't bend due to arthritis in my hip and this is a big help.

These shoes are great. They last forever, are very comfortable running around in airports or shopping, or doing country farm-type chores. With the velcro closures I can quickly get in and out of them to take the dogs out. I've literally scrubbed them clean of mud, polished them, and they still look pretty good. My original pair never wore out. I'm just now trying to have an 'indoor' and an 'outdoor' pair!

Spent a few hours searching the web trying to find comfortable sneakers with Velcro for my Mom who has diabetes and neuropathy in her hands and needs to protect her feet with a solid shoe. Bought a pair in white and a second pair in black. I have several New Balance sneakers, which I like a lot, so I figured these would be perfect. Long story short, my Mom is very pleased with the shoes. Easy on, easy off. Lightweight and very comfortable. True to size and sporty looking even with the Velcro closure.

I have a serious back injury and can only walk for exercise. I purchased these shoes and can honestly say my feet do not hurt after walking. For the price they are a great deal.

This was our second experience with Zappos. As in the first case, Zappos sent exactly what we ordered at a very good price, and, even though we opted for the free/standard shipping option, they delivered the shoes to our door the very next day! They did what they said they'd do, and more.

These shoes are pretty clunky but I expected that. The padding around the left one is lumpy and I hope it softens with wear. Plenty of toe room.

I try to walk 10,000 steps (approximately 4 miles) a day. New Balance walking shoes in general, and the WW576-Velcro in particular, are the best value and the most comfortable of all the walking shoes I have tried.

I've found this shoe better than others I've been paying up to $140 for. I wear orthotics and found this shoe accommodates them. My foot is hard to fit, and usually takes AAA narrow. I have very little arch and a narrow heel, but need the extra space in the toe area.The 576 shoe comes in a AA narrow and is a little too wide in the heel, but the velcro straps helps to adjust this, and are so handy. I have plenty of toe room. The arch support makes a difference in my balance! I'm handicapped and have trouble being on my feet for long. This is my first time to order from Zappos and I'm very pleased with what they offer.The service is great. I'm so glad I found Zappos. Thank you!

Since 1998 I began buying N.B. sneakers on a regular basis. Before that, over the years I purchased them at random, as the need be. They are velcro closing and they are perfect for me as I had a complete knee replacement in 1999. It was difficult for me to tie the sneakers during my rehabilitation and with this closing, it was not as factor any more. Now I have just become very accustomed to them and prefer this type of closing always. I have no problem when my leg swells or not, with the velcro they always close and fit and easy to do! I will not wear any other type of sneaker!
Other brands recommended by reviewer: As long as it fits properly and has a velcro closing, go for it. Howver, i do reccomend New Balance, they are as close to perfect!!!

I ordered these shoes for my elderly sister-in-law. She had been wearing clunky men's shoes because that's all Walmart had to accomodate her wide foot and need for easy closure zelcro. They were delivered promptly to her house and she loves them. She has some difficulty walking and these are lightweight. I had to convince her to not save them 'for good'. Thank you, Zappos!

Zappos has been terrific in delivery time and in return procedures since I have been using them. The New Balance WW576 - Velcro is extraordinarily comfortable; lightweight and easy to put on and fasten with the Velcro. They fit very comfortably on my 9B size foot. Even though my foot is quite narrow, the 9B (medium width) fits well. If I need extra cushioning, I simply put on a thicker pair of socks. It still feels comfortable.

The shoes fit perfectly and are a comfort to walk in for short walks around the neighborhood. I knew I was a size 7.5 from five years of experiences with New Balance shoes. I had to get this style when I had an arm in a sling-making shoe-tying impossible for a few weeks. They are not built for hiking trails, but I will still definitely use them on the classroom floor as a teacher once vacation is over and my shoe tying capacities return.

My feet are very wide and I need a roomy toe box but my heels are narrow and I have a high arch. Additionally, my feet and ankles swell so I need a shoe with enough depth to be comfortable. I ordered a 9 wide in this shoe (I ordered half a size up). The velcro isn't long enough to accomodate my high arch and wide swollen feet. Laces probably would be better. Additionally my right foot is a little smaller than my left and the heel area on the right shoe is moving when I walk. The shoe feels cushiony and would be good for me otherwise. Zappos has terrific customer service. I ordered my shoes after 4:30 pm EST and had them the next morning at 9:30 am EST. The return process is very easy. I will do all my business with Zappos!

I am truly excited about discovering Zappos mail order shoes!!!\r\nI finally found the shoe brand my podiatrist recommends in a size that is comfortable on my extra wide foot! Zappos was terrific; the first pair was extra wide, but not quite wide enough. I called Zappos and asked for an exchange... I needed extra-extra wide. I HAD THE PERFECT SHOE... AT NO EXTRA CHARGE... WITHIN 2 DAYS!!!!! I could not have been happier with the product, the customer service, or the cost!!!

Wonderful shoe. Great support and comfort and Velcro makes for super easy on & off. Nice solid colors blends with clothing vs. the multicolor, neon lights effect selected by other makers. Again, wonderful shoe.

 |  | Your customer service is so awesome you must get sick of receiving these types of emails, however I had to send a thank you. I only placed my order yesterday and yet today I get home from work and SURPRISE! My boots are here! Free shipping, fast shipping, giant selection...what else can a customer ask for? Customer service in general is lacking when dealing with other retailers but Zappos rules!
