This is an awesome shoe! I don't know about anyone else, but I love this sandal! I find the extra room down at the toes to work great for me, since I have wide feet. These sandals are very cute and I have gotten comments on them after wearing them only 2-3 times. How is the comfort? I have to give it to Dr. Marten. I'm not a person who loves wearing heels, but these are the most comfortable heels I have ever worn (besides the UGG Mar). As always, thank you Zappos for the excellent service!

I really wanted these to fit, but they are quite large across the toe area. They run much wider than you would think. I'm sending them back :(

LOVE my Docs!
I am a bit particular about my sandals and prefer a heel-cup, which is VERY difficult to find in a cute and contemporary sandal. After a relaxed search on Zappos, I found these DOCS! They are cute and contemporary AND have a heel cup! They run a bit wide in the toe, but not too bad and I had to reorder a size 6 as my normal 7 was too big! One review said the heel area was HARD and that concerned me, but I have not found that to be the case for me! I am wearing my DOCS now in the 85 degree heat and I LOVE THEM!

Sizing is Very Proportionate -
I am a US 6.5 and a European 37, I ordered these shoes in the UK 4 and they fit very well. I wish they were a touch snugger at the heel, but otherwise everything is perfect. They are not too narrow or wide, the footbed is the perfect length. It's a shoe-sandal in one. I like them!

When I first started buying Dr. Martens size 3 equaled size 5 and euro 35. Now it seems size 5 USA has changed to mean Euro 36 and Dr. Martens size 3 has changed to mean size 6.
Very confusing and disappointing when you wear a 5 that is probably now a 4?

Not as stylish as it looks -
Very unattractive shoe. I was looking for a comfortable heeled sandal and have had others with a similar styling. This is a very clunky looking shoe and what people said about the length of the footbed being too long is absolutely true. If you are hoping for something stylish and comfortable, this is not a good choice.

Cute!
This shoe is really cute on! I really like it! The leather insole is nice for summer, but the heel is wood, so it is hard!!! I think it will need an insole. The first strap over the toes is too wide, leaving room for insoles. I can put 3 fingers in-between it and my toes. But, it seems to work.

Oh so sad -
I absolutely LOVE these shoes... They are comfortable, look awesome with any outfit, and give that edge to any look. BUT the size is off on the 5 us/ 36 uk. Unfortunately they are half to a whole size bigger then a 5 us. SO SO disappointing. Everything fits so well, except the toe portion...it is a good half inch too long. And I am a text book women’s 5!! I am keeping them anyway...I put some insoles in and it pushes my foot a bit further and makes them tolerable. I just loved them so much... Hope it works out. Awesome service from Zappos as always!!

Really cool-hip sandal!
Would have loved if these sandals were a smidgen longer (my big toe hung over the bed of the shoe). I wear an 11 and couldn't go to the next size up :( but if you tend to be on the cusp of two sizes maybe consider sizing up. These are comfortable and totally stylish.
