These shoes are super cute and comfortable. They run a little big, almost a 1/2 size. My heel tends to slip out while walking. I have the grey suede, which is a lighter grey. Love them!

I wanted to love these shoes, but they were really uncomfortable. I originally bought an 8.5W, but they were too big, so I exchanged them for an 8W. The toe box was so small that by the end of the day, my big toe was screaming out in pain. The width and length were fine, but even after trying to break them in, I couldn\'t bear to wear them. I am so sad because they are adorable and I wasted $80. The only saving grace is that zappos is such an awesome company!

Love these shoes. I love, love love these shoes. Absolutely adorable. I personally like the rounded toe since pointy shoes usually make my already big feet look HUGE and pointy toed shoes just HURT. But these are lovely. Only complaint is the very tip front seems to dip a little low inside so it rubs against my toe nail a bit but I am sure the problem would be solved if I wore stockings or tights with them (tried them on with bare feet). The suede is adorable looking and I cant wait to wear these in the fall with a cute black skirt or dress.

Very disappointed. I was super excited when I ordered the Raya II shoes and they came in the mail. I ordered a 7.5W and they were too big. I returned them and got a 7W and they were way too small. They looked very cute and I wish that I could have worn them. The 7W was too tight across my toes.

Disposable, trendy shoe, and Fitzwell is a misnomer -
Given the price point, I included this shoe in my order to see if the moderately priced wedge would be comfortable and good enough for the one season I needed it. It has very high-heel but made my legs look fantastic. It has NO padding in the sole so all of my weight was pushed down on that part of the foot with virtually no arch support--uncomfortable for the 10 paces I made walking around my bedroom. I liked the appearance in the black suede but found the construction materials very cheap. I would not recommend this shoe.

Fitzwell's Raya II -
The look is great, and but comfort is iffy. The front of the shoe is VERY rounded, so much that my big toe is often pinched. But if you have a more square foot (the kind of person who likes Nike tennis-shoes) you'll love it.

My little feet!
I'm very glad I take the time to read other peoples' reviews before I make my final selections! These shoes are definitely higher than described and about a 1/2 size smaller than described. I wisely chose a size 6W- bigger than my normal size. I have a high arch, so this shoe will need arch inserts for the best fit for anyone else like me. They did get uncomfortable after a few hours of standing/walking. Good shoes for work if you do a combination of sitting/standing/walking.

I ordered the shoes twice. The first time they were too tight so I reordered them and now they are too big and can only be worn if I stuff them with pads or wear socks :(

I love these shoes, but make sure you get at least a half size larger than you wear - in some cases you may need a full size larger.

Cute and comfortable, they make your feet look tiny and look great with jeans for outfits day and night. The ball of your foot does start to hurt after 8+ hours of walking in them, but for a dinner out or work during the day, they are a great shoe and a great buy.

Sexy Shoe - I am a true 7 wide but ordered the 8 wide after trying the 7. It feels great. The balls of my feet do hurt by the end of the day, but I am overcoming this.

Not as described but a cute looking shoe -
The shoe was really cute looking online, but when I received it, I felt it looked like a cheap shoe. I was disappointed when I saw how high the heel actually was. The item is described as a 2 1/2 inch heel, but it is much higher than that (I am a tall woman who doesn't need a super high heel). Also, the shoe ran at least a half size smaller than marked.

Great for work. It felt true to its size and it also makes your feet look smaller. Love the heel and the whole look, great to wear with jeans and skirts.

If you need a shoe with a wide width that has plenty of toe room, this is the shoe for you. It also makes your foot appear much smaller than it really is. I do find that I experience some discomfort at the ball of my foot but overall I would say it’s pretty comfy for a high heel.

Fine for work...
Let's start by saying that the 2 1/2" heel is actually 3 3/4" by my measurement. I was looking for a wedge with a lower heel for work and it is definitely higher than described. I am used to wearing a higher heel though so it worked fine for me. The look is a little on the cheap side for my standards, but I can live with it. These are very average; even so, I will keep them for a work shoe.

Cute shoe and comfortable heel. However, this particular shoe by Fitzwell didn't fit true to size. Shoe felt a half-full size smaller. Also, can tell it may need a couple of wears to really break-in.

 |  | Can I just say, I have always hated shopping for shoes until I stumbled upon Zappos. Zappos has changed the way I shoe shop. Since discovering Zappos, it is the only place I shoe shop. No more dragging from store to store to find the right shoes and the right size. I love Zappos! I have ordered dress shoes, boots and casual shoes from Zappos. On occasions I have had to return shoes because they just were not what I wanted; either they did not feel right or they were not the look I wanted. The return policy is so easy and Zappos does not make you feel guilty for returns! P.S. My husband even shops from Zappos now. He cannot believe how great the customer service is. We love you Zappos!
