I love how this shoe looks. I really needed a navy heel and they seem so hard to find in the stores. The sole of the shoe is so hard though – very little cushion. I had to put in those little pads so the ball of my foot won't slip down, and even though there is a cushion pad in the heel, it feels like hard plastic under my foot. I really need a pair of those cushion inserts to make them comfy. That said, I can wear them all day without much discomfort. I have a high arch and I was afraid the top of my foot would be pinched at the opening when I walked, but it isn't. I admit I only reach for them when black just won't do.
