2nd time's a charm -
Wow, I ordered these 42 hrs ago in 7 reg. They were too narrow but comfortable. I called yesterday for return instructions and walah! I have a replacement in 7W today! I only ordered them yesterday with free shipping and they had not even received the old ones back yet. These are SO SO comfortable that even with my sore heels, sore knees, terrible arthritic toes etc, my foot was instantly in love.

Comfortable, adjustable, easy to keep clean white sandals -
The velcro fasteners make these shoes adjustable. I like the look overall and the fact that they are easy to clean.

Great shoe, personal issue...
I ordered 7 pairs of shoes at one time, to see what fit my 11WW feet. The 3 walking cradles were all great for me. This one was actually the most comfortable at try-on, but the style accentuated my bunion, so it's going back. I've already gotten a lot of use from my Hiltons and Ciders--wonderful!

This is a great pair of shoes. It fits well and looks good on and is very comfortable. I can walk long distances in it. I had a problem with the shoe in that one side of the shoe was defective, hence the reason why I gave it a 3 rating. It seems that the support in one of the shoes was broken. When I stood in the shoes, one side was higher than the other. It seemed to collapse. I did however like the fit, comfort, and look of the shoe, so I called Zappos and they overnighted me another pair, which was perfect. The process of getting the exchange was painless and the replacement worked perfectly. I wear it about 2 or 3 times per week. I love it.

A little too spongy -
These are very comfortable when you are sitting, once you start to walk, they are VERY spongy!!! I would prefer that the heel be a little stiffer. They feel like you're walking on a tire that is deflating.

Finally!!!
Finally, after trying 8 different pairs of shoes, (which I sure am glad that you have free shipping both ways on) I have found a pair that is sooo comfortable. They are like wearing slippers. And the fit is perfect. I will buy more of this brand, you can be sure. Can't say enough about your service.

Fashion + comfort!
I have all kinds of foot problems and I like an adjustable sandal. This one is completely adjustable, soft as silk, and has nice arch support.

Feel like tires going flat...
I just emailed the manufacturer to see if the heels are hollow... I feel like I'm walking around with tires that are going flat. They seem TOO springy, like the inner tube has a slow leak in it...

Great style, even better fit!
The only thing better than the beautiful style and perfect, perfectly customizable fit of these shoes is the fact that Zappos expedited my order for free. I placed the order online on a Sunday at 8pm, and the shoes were waiting for me when I got home from work Monday! The incredible service and great style of the shoes make them an absolute steal!

I wear 5 1/2 double wide shoes. The footbed of this shoe is wide enough for my foot. Amazing! The cushioning is awesome. The back strap is a perfect length and width. The foot straps can be adjusted if my feet swell up. My feet look so pretty in these shoes. I stood in them for hours and had no problems at all. These shoes feel like they were custom made for me.

Shoes didn't match -
Because my right and left foot differ in width (and bunion size) I needed to adjust the straps. However, when the straps were adjusted, the velcro showed on one shoe -- not pretty. I think the shoe should have been designed with shoe strap adjustment in mind and the velcro placed in strategic areas for a better, neater look.

Attractive and versatile...
I bought these shoes for a specific purpose: I needed something that could be dressy for a special occasion, and yet accommodate a foot still experiencing post-surgical swelling. Not only could these handle feet of two different widths, they did so attractively; and when my foot swelled a bit more over the course of the evening, the velcro straps allowed for further adjustment. In addition, the simple styling will dress up a pair of jeans as well as working with a much dressier outfit. Plus, the non-swollen foot was in heaven all evening!
