The shoe is beautiful and oh-so-sophisticated, but you can't wear it all day because it starts to hurt. Perhaps it's because I haven't broken mine in yet, so I'm hoping the comfort level will improve. Certainly don't go traipsing around town all day in them – your feet will never forgive you.

Well worth the money!
I thought the price for a pair of flats was a little much, but I couldn't find a pair of nude/neutral colored flats I like better. (I bought the cement colored ones.) When they first arrived I wasn't sure about the color, I was expecting something a bit more skin toned like the photo on Zappos suggested. But seeing them in person they were a lot closer to "cement", albeit, a sandy cement. However, once I slipped them on I was sold. They fit perfectly, especially with my arch support inside. The color quickly grew on me. They look to be of excellent quality and I couldn't have paid more for a better fit!

Just arrived today! The perfect shoe. Comfortable, extremely flattering, and the buckles make them just edgy enough. They're a little stiff and will need to soften up, but the fit is amazing.

Cute, but Uncomfortable -
I fell in love with the look of the black patent pair. They are really cute in person, and I get complements every time I wear them. They look great dressed up or with skinny jeans. However because of the patent leather, they are incredibly stiff. They have almost no give, which is a problem in the peep toe area. It really rubs against one's big toes. I thought that if I wore them a few times, I could break them in and the rubbing wouldn't be a problem. But, each time I've worn them for a full day at work (sitting at an office job and 15 minutes walking during my commute); I wind up with a raw spot on my toes. Adorable shoes, but best worn in short spurts or when you don't have to walk anywhere. The other colors, if they aren't patent, might be more comfortable. I would recommend the Frye brand in general though. I own a pair of their boots, which are fabulous and really comfortable, as well as a pair of their sandals. All run about a half size large.

Size Varies By Color -
I purchased these in black, seafoam, and cement. The black are much tighter than the other two colors. I have worn the cement so far and they are very comfortable. I have a 10 minute walk up a hill to get to my office and had no problems. The cement color looks different in person. It is more of a khaki color with a greenish tinge. The cement color is not patent leather. I would highly recommend them if you can get a pair to fit. I have several pairs of Fryes and these ran true to size for Frye.

Love this shoe! Ordered them for a job interview in seafoam and they fit amazing! Such padding! I have flat, wide feet and was shocked when they fit so well right out of the box & looked so chic, sexy & professional!

So cute but so painful!
I absolutely love the look of these shoes but they are not comfortable at all. I got them in "Seafoam" and would have bought every color if they were comfortable.
First off, they run large. I normally wear an 8 but had to send them back for a 7.5. What makes them so uncomfortable is the way the shoe rubs against your foot. The first time I wore them to work, the side rubbed against my foot and was very painful with only minimal walking (I have an office job).
The next time I wore them, I put a bandage on the area, but after about 30 minutes of walking, there were several areas of my foot that were rubbed completely raw and I had to buy gauze and bandages to cover my multiple wounds on the sides of feet, tops of my toes and back of my heel. The arch of my feet and the bottoms of my feet felt fine, but they were so painful everywhere else!
