	I wanted to send an email thanking your company for such wonderful customer service. I purchased a pair of XW athletic shoes for my son 2 months ago. Unfortunately, the shoes fell apart. I contacted your customer service department which not only happily sent me a replacement, but also upgraded the shipping.
