Awkward fitting jacket - looks better pictured.
I ordered this both in a medium and a large and was disappointed in the fit on both. The medium was perfect in the shoulders and chest, but was snug in the hips. The large was far too boxy overall and the sleeves were too long. The overall cut of this jacket is very straight up and down and doesn't have a nice fitted/hourglass shape as pictured.

 |  | I am always worried that the items I order from the internet are not going to be right and I will have to send them back. Not so with this product. Zappos had the exact size and color I wanted and they were able to ship the product out in a timely manner. Three days after my order I received my shoes. The quality was the same as in the store and I had the convenience of not leaving the house. I would recommend this experience to anyone, as I will use it again. |  | ~ Susan I, August 19 2008
