Great pair of shoes. I didn't have to leave the house to find any shoes. Price was great also. The person on the line taking my order was so helpful. I will be shopping at Zappos more often.

Purchased the Timberland PRO for work that I needed to do in a manufacturing plant and will use for other outdoor activities. These boots were very comfortable from the first day. I put them on to break in and would say that a break in period is not necessary. Worked in wet grass for several hours and walked away with dry feet. Have used for about three weeks and like what I see so far.

Complete satisfaction!
My son and two grandsons require steel toed boots for a particular job site. We decided to get them new boots as gifts. They specified Timberland PRO boots and I started looking for someone who could deliver in less than a week before the holidays. I discovered Zappos and could not be happier. They had two sizes we needed and suggested trying one a size larger so we could have all three for the holiday. Two boots were perfect fits, but the third just didn't feel right; 13W instead of 12W. I called on 12/26/2008 to see if they perhaps had received a 12W in stock and they hadn't. However, they gave me the name and contact information for their competitor's and a return shipping label for the size 13. I was able to find a pair of 12W's in stock at one of Zappos’ competitors. The only disappointment was that the order was placed on 12/26/2008, but did not arrive until 01/05/2009. The boots fit and feel like no others my son and grandsons have ever worn. Fit and feel are perfect. They used to take their other steel toed boots off as soon as they left the job site, but now they don't want to take them off. Thank you for all your help in getting the perfect gifts. I was totally amazed by your service. Thank you!

Perfect! Light weight, quality build and look, sturdy heel without looking chunky. Heel is covered in suede which makes it a more finished look. Upon others’ suggestions, I got a 1/2 size larger than I normally wear. A little loose, may work out, but I’m ordering my right size for comparison.
