Comfortable fit, true to size, do not require breaking in. I wore these out of the box to a wedding, on my feet for hours with no sore spots. Got several compliments, too, on the black patent.

I ordered these shoes for a wedding, not expecting to have them in time, but hoping I would. I had them by the next day and they were prettier in person and looked terrific. They helped to complete my outfit. The black patent leather can be dressed up or worn with jeans for a more casual look. Overall, these are great shoes.

These shoes are very cute and the heel is high enough to be stylish but low enough that these shoes can be worn all day. Unlike some other brands of throng type heels (which I have bought) these shoes feel a little more substantial on your feet - you don't have to fight to keep them from falling off.

Cute shoe -
I ordered these shoes in the lemon color, but I am returning them for the green ones. The yellow is more of a mustard color and not very bright. I usually wear an 8 or 8 1/2 and I bought the 8 and my heel was right at the end. They are nice and smooth where the silver part meets the patent leather part on the bottom of my foot. Felt a little stiff when first tried on, but hopefully they will stretch out a bit.

Have to question the quality -
Got these shoes a few months ago, but only wore them out this weekend to a wedding. As is common with this style of shoe, your foot slides forward into the strap, so that becomes a little uncomfortable. But to be expected. However, after a few hours of dancing, all of a sudden, the strap broke off the shoe! Luckily I wasn't walking fast or anything, because I easily could have hurt my ankle. It seems to be attached to the sole with glue, which broke free with no warning. Disappointed in the workmanship

Perfect sandal -
I bought this sandal in white and can wear it with just about anything. It is comfortable, the perfect height and it looks well made.

I love this shoe!
What a find. I have very large feet so it’s difficult to find high quality dressy stylish shoes. Not a problem anymore. This shoe is great. It looks fab with a cocktail dress or jeans. I bought it in red but I might get a pair in black too. The fit is excellent and considering the type of shoe - extremely comfortable. I usually need a wide shoe but I took a chance with a regular width and it felt great right out of the box.

Generally, not a fan of patent leather but love this red patent - its surface isn't too hard & smooth - great look.

Very cute shoe!
I got the red one and it is darling! The straps dig in a little, but I think it’ll ease up as it breaks in. Wear it with dressy dresses, jeans, or shorts - very versatile!

In the nick of time -
I needed a very simple, very pretty heeled sandal in a very short time. Zappos had the shoes to me the next day! They are really pretty in yellow.

I'm in love!!!
I have been searching for a cute red thong sandal with a reasonably sized heel (similar to a favorite shoe of mine that I wore out). These just came today and I have to say I am more than satisfied with this. I can't contain my excitement… They are also very comfortable, but most importantly, they are red and adorable!!! I'm in love!

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
