Comfortable and classy -
A great shoe with pants and skirts that survives the sidewalks of New York City. I can spend all day on my feet without pain all day. As a 6½, the size 37 was a perfect fit.

Narrow and not too cute but very well made and comfortable -
These shoes are exactly what they are advertised to be. Namely, very well-made, very comfortable shoes to wear if your job requires you to be on your feet all day. I have wide feet, so they were a little too narrow for me initially, but I stretched them, and now they fit fine. They do seem to be made so as to last for a century, and they are definitely extremely comfortable.

Ultimate comfort and style from best online shoe store -
This shoe is incredibly comfortable - I ordered these and the Naot Charm thinking I would only keep one pair depending on which was the most comfortable and I could not make a choice they were both so wonderful to wear. I thought these might be uncomfortable over long periods because of the higher heel height, but now that I have worn them I don’t want to wear any of my lower 'comfort shoes'. Good support, never get sore feet. A number of reviewers recommended sizing down and so my first order was one size below my normal size and the shoe was too short - I ordered my regular size and they fit perfectly. Because the shoe is narrow I think you should order your actual size. And of course Zappos is the best of the best!

These are adorable, stylish and sassy, compared to the average mary jane shoe! If you’re daring and love extra height while staying practical and comfortable these are the shoes for you. Love the detachable bow!

You really can't tell how great the fit is, and how comfortable these shoes are until you slip them on your feet. I bought them in every color. Great shoes, great service. Every buying experience should be like ordering from Zappos!

The Best!
These are wonderful, dressy, but stable, high heels. I am really impressed by how elegant they look even though they have a chunky heel. They are perfect for me because I can't really wear a narrower high heel. Very comfortable too. There is some arch support. And they are fine on my narrow feet since the strap is adjustable.

Very, very comfortable. I thought the shoe might be stiff and the heel uncomfortable, but these are like wearing sneakers with a rubber heel. Great shoes. I wear between a 6 1/2 and 7 Narrow and I ordered a 37 and they fit great. The adjustable velcro strap is great to snug up the shoe for a narrow foot like mine.

Perfect shoe -
I put them on the minute they arrived and wore them for 12 hrs straight. So comfortable, perfect fit. BTW, Naot has their American shoe sizes wrong. 36=size 6, always. I am a perfect 6/36, in every shoe. I don't know why Naot has listed 36=size 5. No wonder everyone thinks their shoes are too big.

I really like the shoe. I received them very fast, you upgraded my shipping and I thank you for that! I stand on my feet for 8 hours, so I’m having a little trouble breaking them in; they are cut high. I am not so sure on your sizing theory. I order a 7 instead of 8 since it was recommended that the sizes are large. Not so sure about that, but impossible to tell until worn to work. Comfortable at first, but after about 4 hours of nonstop standing I have to change shoes. I was disappointed only in the fact that the shoe doesn't have a removable foot bed. I ordered them from Zappos because my foot doctor could not get them for me because they were discontinued. When I found the exact same shoe at Zappos, I took my chances that in the description you did not show the removable foot bed. I order other shoes at foot doctor by Naot that have that removable foot bed and thought I really lucked out that you still had them. I still love the shoe and hope I can get it broken in. it is a very attractive shoe and is made very well.

For narrow feet (esp. narrow heels) & style-conscious!
If the title caught your eye, you no doubt have struggled, too, with finding narrow shoes in this "made-for-medium feet world." This shoe is not only narrow enough for an AA foot (though it is, in fact, a medium width), but it is both comfortable & stylish. The line between comfort shoes that LOOK like comfort shoes and those that actually look stylish is exceedingly thin--and these shoes "walk that line" perfectly! The suede footbed is also a major plus, as these shoes feel equally great with or without stockings (also a difficult combination to find). I wear them with jeans on the weekends and with suits during the work week, and receive compliments every single day. I've ordered black and brown and, most recently, the copper, which is AWESOME.

This shoe is extremely comfortable and gives lots of support. I can wear them all. The platform sole give you some height and make the shoe look great with pants. This shoe is great for work if you wear business or business casual attire. I wear it with wide leg or boot cut jeans as well. I wouldn't call this shoe high fashion but it's fashionable enough that you don't feel like you’re out of style. Definitely much more fashionable than the average comfort shoe. I have a narrow foot so the shoe is slightly wide on me (narrows are not available from Naot), but the adjustable (velcro) strap makes it fit securely. Length and width are true to size.

Sexy and fun -
I have wide feet and a high instep and these shoes fit like a dream. I usually need custom orthotics, which these do not accommodate, but they were so comfortable and spunky I thought I would give them a shot. I haven't been disappointed. I get compliments whenever I wear them and my feet feel fabulous by the end of the day. I love NAOT shoes!

This Naot too narrow for wide feet -
I have some Naot boots that I love and are plenty wide enough for my wide toes, but these were way too narrow, and I'm sorry to say I'll have to return them. They'd definitely be very comfortable if they were wide enough. Also, when they're on I think they look a bit matronly. Too bad!

This is one of the most comfortable and cute work shoes I have ever worn. I am a hairdresser and stand all day. I like to wear pretty shoes that are feminine and functional. I wear a lot of Dansko but these Naots are less chunky and look better with a skirt. I bought black but will also buy brown. Great shoe! I've received many compliments.

A really well-made, comfy shoe. The problem is that it is not a true Copper color and that is what I needed. The color is like a darker brown or bronze with a patina finish. I'm debating as to whether or not I can keep them since I just have purchased two pair of "brown" heels from Zappos just recently! I ordered one size down from a 39 to a 38 and it doesn't run wide, for sure! It would be a very good shoe for work wearing skirts or dresses.

I got these little beauties in black and I absolutely adore them. I normally wear size 8.5 or 9 US. Due to the reviews, I decided to go with a 39 and they fit really well. The one problem I did have was that they are very narrow in the front and took a bit of time to break in. Now, I could “almost” run a marathon in them. The feature that most sets them apart are the bows. They’re girlish in a completely grown up way. I also really enjoy the fact that the strap is velcro. Easy on, easy off. Comfortable and beautiful. I’ve gotten so many compliments on them. They look great with skirts, pants, and jeans. What more could one ask for?

Love these bronze babies.
There has been a lot of debate on the sizing of this shoe. I wear a 6.5 and because of the reviews, I originally tried this in a 36 rather than a 37. However, the 36 was simply too small and the arch support didn't happen in the right place, so I ended up buying the 37, which is very comfortable and a good fit requiring no break-in time. The 37 is a bit longer and therefore the velcro straps must be securely closed (otherwise it's true that they might slip off my foot while walking). My feet are medium width and the shoe has enough room in the 37. I get compliments on these and wear them with skirts of all lengths. They cushion wonderfully for walking on pavement. The subtle platform gives height but the toe to heel ratio is reasonable so the heel isn't high enough to put a lot of stress on the knees.
The copper color is really more of a bronze or a metallic taupe, making it very neutral and versatile. I hope Naot will continue to make dressy yet comfortable options like these for those of us who dress up for work but do not want to sacrifice foot comfort.

Very comfortable -
I am not in love with the look of this shoe (I could do without the bow; apparently, it is detachable, but it's difficult to get it to slide off the velcro), but Naots are so darned comfortable and my feet are so bad (plantar fasciitis from running, plus a huge aversion to any type of heel) that I bought 'em. They are very comfortable although the uppers need some breaking in as my toes bump up against the top of the shoe a bit, but overall, I'd absolutely recommend them. I had to go down a size by the way.
