Great Zappos Experience -
Great shoe. Lightweight and comfortable. True to size. I normally wear a size larger in athletic type shoe than dress shoe and ordered that way, thinking this would be more athletic shoe fit. I had to exchange due to shoes being too large. Zappos exceeded my expectations with the exchange process. Unbelievable in today's world that seems to have lost touch with old fashioned customer service. Zappos is the best! I have recommended Zappos to several friends and co-workers as a result of my experience. I am now a loyal customer.
