My husband complained of a back ache. He was walking on tile barefoot or in boat shoes. Having had the same problem solved by Clarks Women's Un.structured sandals, I ordered two pairs for him to try over his protest. He has a narrow foot and the Un.bridge with adjustable straps did the trick. The shoe looks good on his thin foot. He wears them almost every day.
