Great shorts, I bought three different colors. Extremely lightweight material, but very strong, quick drying, cool but love the coverage for brush and sun protection. I wear a size 2 in clothing but the size 4 was perfect, almost a bit small in the waist since it sits more on the hip. Highly recommended.

These bermuda-length shorts are awesome! They are lighter than air, dry quick as a wink, and are so cute! I have these in two colors. I only wish they made these in some solid colors, too. I'd buy 'em in every shade! I am not used to hot weather, so was looking for something to wear on a trip to Southern California. These shorts were the best thing in my suitcase. I never felt overheated while wearing them.

These shorts are great - I have them in 3 colors. They don't wrinkle and are very light-weight. They are easy to wear for long periods of time. I would recommend getting them a size larger than normal; I find that Columbia clothing can be a bit snug.

I love these shorts. The length is great for a 50 year old. The color is so pretty and the waist fits perfectly. I ordered several other colors in this style. Thanks Zappos for the quick ship!

Got Water, Got Sand, Got Rock -
I love these shorts (I have 4 pair of them). There are so many great things about them. They are so comfortable (with just a LITTLE stretch) and the length is nice and long, they hit me just above the knee cap as I am tall 5'10". They dry super fast. They go with me everywhere: hiking, travel, cruising, or the beach. I also love the little front pocket to stash my cell phone or iPod in. I usually wear an 8, sometimes a 6... The 8 fits perfectly, low waist but not butt-crack low.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Ahnu Tilden II Sandal if you have narrowish feet

The shorts are great. I love the color and fabric. I have washed them and they still fit! I usually iron all my stuff so you could probably get away with not ironing if you took it out of the dryer right away. The brand seems to fit me perfectly. The waist is not too high and not too low. Actually I purchased this style in two other colors.

Super cute but runs a little small -
I love these shorts. I get compliments on them all the time. But they run a little small. I'm a pretty standard size 6 (I can sometimes where a 4) and I wish I'd returned these and got them in an 8.
