These sandals are very comfortable, although the straps especially the side strap seems very loose. I have average width feet and the straps do not hold your foot in the sandal. Probably would be really good for someone with a wide foot.

I love these sandals! I own them in three colors! They provide all day comfort, even with feet that aren't proportionate. These sandals keep my feet stable and pain free. Oh, and I get compliments every time I wear them!

I have purchased this Clark\'s "Dana" sandal at least 4 times in the past 3 years at retail stores and loved them. However, my online order this month (7/09) was not true to size. The base color is different so I assume it is a slightly different style? I usually wear a size 10B sandal and these straps were very roomy and big. I rarely return purchases but I had to return this product. The great news is....this was my first Zappos purchase and I am very impressed with the process. I will use Zappos again.

Clark's Dana Sandal -
I love the style of the Clark's Dana sandal. I had read previous reviews and was a bit apprehensive to purchase it due to the negative reviews concerning the shoe being too loose on the foot. I haven't had a problem with the sandal, but I feel that Clark's could have adjusted the side strap on the sandal and make it tighter because leather tends to stretch after time. Overall, I'm pleased with the sandals and would like to see more styles similar to the Dana from Clark's.

I wore them out, coming back for more!
I've romped around in these puppies for two summers now, and the sole is starting to come off. That said, these sandals are AMAZINGLY comfortable and versatile. They stay on the foot better than a thong, and the footbed is the supreme in comfort. Highly recommended!

I have an average width foot and these fit me beautifully. The thong part feels a bit rough at the moment, but I have no doubt that as the warm weather goes on, it will be more comfortable. Yay for a casual sandal that is black and black instead of half cork-colored!

WAY too loose! Feel very sloppy and just from walking around my house in them, I can tell that they won’t stay on for any kind of walking outside at all. These are definitely going back.

I liked the look of these shoes, but the fit was off. They felt way too big and wide. When I walked, it was hard to keep them on my feet. I will have to return them and keep shopping.

Cute shoe and the Clarks you love!
I love Clarks and thought this sandal was really cute. I have a narrow foot and found the medium width too big but would buy them again if I could find them in a narrow size.

Love the look, but not the fit.
I really wanted to love these but I can't. They do not fit at all like other Clarks. Hard sole and very loose. Alas I am going to return them and keep searching.

Not as comfortable as I hoped -
I liked the look of the shoe, but was unfortunately disappointed in its fit. The top leather band was very tight, not allowing my foot to fully slip into the shoe. I tried wetting the leather to stretch it out, without success. So these cute sandals are now in the back of my closet.

Great brand and shoe -
These sandals are very comfy and go with most anything. They aren't as flat and non-supportive as flip-flops, but are still fun.

Cute, not comfy -
These are cute, but they are tight around the top of the foot. The strap between the toe is rough and scratchy. I returned mine.

Best Sandals I've Ever Owned -
I bought these in spring of '07. They are comfortable, stylish and have survived numerous music festivals (including 5 days at Bonnaroo.) I am buying my second pair not because my old ones are shot, just because I want another color.

Lots of compliments!! Very comfortable. Great looking shoe. Clarks are the best! No break in time; just put them on & you can wear them all day. Unlike some other shoe on the market that says they are comfortable & are not at all. Wish I would have returned them but didn't.

These shoes are comfortable and look good on my feet. I have them in black, so they show off toenail polish very well. I only had one problem with them: the black finish has flaked off of the bottom and gets on my feet every time I wear the shoes. If I try to brush it off, it sticks to my hands and gets all over the rest of my body. Overall though, good shoe. You have pleased someone who is very hard to please!!

This is a beautiful pair of sandals which I am also happy I chose to purchase. Very comfortable and they look good on my feet. I would purchase them in another color also.

I ordered these almost sure that I would love them. Well they showed up and the moment I slipped them on, I knew they were going back. It's something with the design because they look normal and nice when you take them out of the box but when you put them on the problems start. First they do not stay on. It feels like your toes are barely holding onto the front of the shoe so that your foot does not slip out. In the back it feels like your heel is hanging off the back, not because the size is wrong but because they put your put into an awkward position. Lastly, the toe loop part scrapes and I do not even have chunky toes.

Can't keep them off my feet -
I bought these shoes two years ago when I was having trouble with plantar fasciitis. In a nutshell, they cured it. I really don't care that with my wee-birdie ankles they make my feet look like Minnie Mouse's. When it's too cold to wear them outdoors except to retrieve the newspaper, I wear them around the house instead of flat-soled slippers. They're very well-made, and show no signs of deteriorating despite virtually year-round wear in all sorts of conditions. And unlike most thong sandals, they hold my feet well.

Not your typical Clarks -
I found this sandal to fit like a much cheaper shoe. I have lots of Clarks - I love them. But this sandal is not sized correctly. It's too big and too wide for my foot.

Love Them!
Once again another great shoe from Clarks. Their shoes are so comfortable and are well made. The quality of workmanship is in every pair. I've never gone wrong with this brand. They fit just right! True to size with no break in period. This sandal dresses up jeans or shorts and looks fantastic! I love them! They will be great for summer! Just when I think I'm done buying shoes for a while I go online to Zappos and check the Clarks and I always find another adorable shoe I can't seem to live without. Zappos you are awesome to do business with! I'm hooked.

I have looked constantly for the last year for this shoe in my size to replace 2 pairs that I already have that are becoming worn. I would recommend this shoe as one of the most comfortable I've ever had on.
