Very nice shoes and excellent service. These do run large so expect to buy a 1/2 size or full size smaller. Super comfortable according to my daughter. Not totally flat, but has a little bit of a wedge heel. Perfect for school. Customer service was above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate buying from Zappos again. I have recommended them to many of my friends.

I got these for my 7 year old daughter and they look so cute on her. This will be a nice go to shoe for the school year.

Shoes mis-sized -
I am now in the process of returning the second pair of theses shoes. My daughter loves them and really wants them but they are SOO big, it defies explanation. The size 4Y is too big for my other daughter who wears a 6.5W shoe. My daughter has multiple 4.5 size shoes but I think I have to buy these in a 3, which is crazy.
