Great Product, Greater Service -
First of all, I love these shoes. They are classic and comfortable. The color is beautiful, but even better is the service. I LOVE Zappos. Are you kidding? Why would I go to 5 stores to find the shoes I want and deal with angry and disinterested employees. I had these the next day. I'm amazed!

 |  | Converse are Converse, can't really go wrong, once you get the sizing right. My applause goes to the Zappos team. You guys are great! We ordered the shoes for my daughter's return to school, and originally ordered them too big. (Converse sizing seems to run two sizes smaller for women.) With the wrong shoes still at my home I was able to order by phone the correct size as an exchange, on the promise that I'd return the incorrect shoes within two weeks, no additional charges to my account. The new shoes arrived the next day! This was amazing, considering it was after 6 pm when I ordered them over the phone. ZAPPOS IS GREAT! Thank you. |  | ~ Edie, September 17 2008
