...These are not as cute in person; they are very heavy for flip flops. Very used look. Even though the shoe seemed to be the right size the arch support was way back at my heel.

Great flip-flop -
Bought a pair for my surf trip to Costa Rica. Received compliments and folks were surprised, as was I that North Face makes flip-flops - who knew?! Nice sole, firm support, with a bit of an arch, which makes it perfect for toting your board down the jungle trail to the beach. Quick drying, too. A bit of fabric dye bleed on foot, but once it's been wet and dry a few times, that fades.

Flip Flops -
These do have some arch support which is nice. They are much narrower than I expected. I wear them often.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
