Boot Lover -
Even though this boot is gorgeous and fits well, I had to return it due to the difficulty in getting it off. I never anticipated taking this boot off (without a side zipper), would be as difficult as it was. I tried it on several times to avoid returning them, but it was too much work taking them off. Unfortunately, they are going back and being replaced with something else.

Comfortable and good looking! Although I'm not crazy about the crinkly leather so many mfgs are using this season (they don't LOOK like $350 boots as a result) I love the style, the shape of the heel, the detail at the ankle, and the fact that they will accommodate my wide calf. I bought them in brown and black but returned the black -- that crinkly leather didn't work at all in that color. I've gotten compliments on the brown owns, though.

Beautiful! Very Hot Boot! When I purchased these boots I was in love....and when I received them, so happy! They are a very attractive boot and will be very fashionable this fall. They do run a little small...just an fyi. Enjoy!

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
