Classic Loafer -
I was looking for a classic loafer without a square toe or platform sole. Something that could be worn casually or to work. This was the perfect shoe. I searched everywhere for this shoe and Zappos had it.

You guys went ahead and went out of your way to prioritize my order and make it arrive even sooner than expected, just to show consumer appreciation. I appreciate that a lot. A week ago I had never even heard of Zappos.com and now, I'm going around telling family and friends of your great variety of shoes and the excellent service you guys provided me with.
