Pretty and comfortable -
I bought these as a comfortable dress shoe and they fit the bill. They were wide enough and I walked all over Europe. I did get a bit achy at the end of the day though.

Too small from the get-go. Given that I have size 10 wide feet, I am limited by the number of shoes available for me. These did say 10 wide, but were rather short and narrow, felt like medium width and half a size too small. Too bad! They're pretty shoes!

Finally a shoe that makes my foot look pretty! With my long, very narrow feet and a bunion, it's hard to find shoes that fit and look nice. I'm so glad I found this shoe. It's elegant and can be worn to a wedding or when you're out on a date, etc. The only minus is that there is no padding, so it's not the most comfortable shoe in the world. But I'm willing to pay that price to be able to wear a shoe (at least for a couple of hours) that fits and looks good!

I have been a customer for years, and I love Zappos! They have the best customer service! When I ordered this Kasen shoe, I ordered two – one in black and one in white. My daughter wore these shoes to a wedding, wore one Friday night and the next shoe Saturday night. For some reason on both of the left shoes, the black cap on the heel of the shoe fell off!!! I called Zappos and they were so nice, they immediately sent me two pairs of new shoes, and I sent back the broken shoes. I have worn the second pair, and they are fine! Thanks Zappos for excellent customer service!!!

Instantly comfortable -
Even with my "deformed" feet, I was able to wear these instantly and danced all night at my son's wedding without pain or blisters.

Great Shoe!
This is a very comfortable, dressy sandal. True to size and width. I wore them for a wedding and was able to dance in them all night!

Comfort and versatility -
Vaneli never disappoints me. This is a great sandal that can be worn for dress or casual. It is comfortable and light for packing. It is also a great value for a leather shoe.

I really liked the shoes and they are very pretty and at last I found some shoes. You cannot buy shoes in stores anymore that are narrow. I have told others about your shoes and they were thrilled to know you carry narrow sizes.

Ordered several different pairs of white shoes but didn't have a chance to try on. Day of event two minutes before I put these on I knew right away they would work. Attended graduation then preparations for dinner party at home - wore these the entire time.

I have bad ankles and strappy shoes can be a problem, these were not!

My family just realized today that we should have been buying our shoes from you all along, and my dad recently told me about a news segment on how great your company is to its employees! I just want to say that your policies are great and I can't believe a company is so customer friendly. Free shipping (and you gave me an upgrade for free!), free returns for a YEAR, and the fastest delivery I've ever heard of. I've never felt the need to tell a company they were fabulous, but you guys are FABULOUS! You make life so much easier than having to drive all over creation to find a shoe store with the shoes we want. Again, thank you!
