I purchased this bag for myself for my birthday. I used it for a week and the leather tie started to split in half. I have bought other Lucky Brand bags and never had a problem with the quality. This bag although adorable is a disappointment!

Love Lucky Brand -
I try my best to get a more "professional" looking bag but the hippy/flower child in my loves the Lucky Brand bags and I own several of them. Usually they are a little too big for me to carry but I love this bag just for that reason, it's a little smaller than some of their bags can be. And a perfect bag for summer!
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: If you like Lucky, you gotta check out Frye.

I LOVE this bag!!!!
This is my perfect bag! It holds everything I need & it crosses over to hang on all by it's self! I hope they keep this bag around for a long time!!! The quality is amazing too! This is my first Lucky bag - but will not be my last!

I think I have only had to return 2 orders and it was so easy to do. I am a little person and have always had terrible finding shoes to fit me that didn't look childish. Zappos is wonderful.
