Great shoe, bit pricey -
Shoe is very cute, comfy, but a bit pricey for the price. The biggest plus is that the shoe is gray, so not a lot of dirt shows up which was the big selling point for me as typically shoes are very white.

Meanwhile, I want to compliment your company and your telephone staff. Whenever I have called Zappos I do not feel zapped or trained at the end of the conversation as with some other companies. Your telephone specialists are very knowledgeable and equally courteous to me.
