Give them time & wear, they will become your favorite pair!
Give these beautiful shoes time! After I bought them, I was upset because they hurt my feet a bit, with my one toe jamming when I walked. BUT... after I put thin insoles & heel pads, these shoes became a true joy to wear. The more I wear them, the more comfortable they become. They mold to my feet. I wear them everywhere now. They are my favorite shoes and I will buy them again. Style and comfort! Amazing shoes!!!

These shoes are fantastic! I saw them in a shoe store, but they only had one red left in size 38 and one black in size 36. In other brands, I wear a 37. Thankfully, the store owner talked me into trying on the 36. They fit perfectly, but I wanted them in red. Well, I kept them on while I walked around the store looking at other shoes and in the end I couldn't give them up. They were so cute and comfortable. I wore them right out of the box for 16 hours straight, at work, then shopping, and out to dinner. They felt as comfortable as an old broken in pair of shoes. I just ordered a red pair from Zappos. I recommend buying one size smaller that your regular size to keep your foot from sliding forward.

I wanted to love these shoes, especially since the purple color is fabulous...but I can't. The arch support and cushioning were good, but my foot slid forward so my toes were smashed against the front of the shoe. I ordered another pair in a bigger size but had the same problem. In case the smooth insole was the cause, I put different insoles in the shoes and that didn't help either. I had to give up and return both pairs--they're too expensive to be uncomfortable.

Nice but didn't fit well -
I'm returning my Oslos because my foot slipped forward and my toes jammed against the toe. I bought my usual size, but maybe a larger size would be better. I always had good luck with Romika's in the past; I especially liked their slippers, which they seemed to have discontinued making.

Great shoe -
Just love the style & overall look of this shoe. It is also versatile. My only recommendation would be for the company to beef up the arch support a bit.

Will Wear these to Death!
Super-comfortable . . . right out of the box! Also very cute . . . patent leather with rubber soles makes them half casual, half dressy . . . perfect for many occasions.

I wear a 10.5W usually, so I ordered a 42 (11-11.5) thinking that they would probably be a bit too big. When I put them on, however, my toes hit the front of the shoes and they were very snug overall. While I could probably still wear them, if I am going to spend the money, I'd rather feel no pain! On the plus side, these are really cute shoes. I ordered them in black, but the purple and red are adorable! They would look great with skirts and tights or pants. Too bad they won't work for me, but I'd love to see them on someone else!

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
