An excellent shopping experience all round. Ordering was easy, shipping was prompt, and the shoes were very satisfactory. Even if they had not been, I would have been able to return them easily - great peace of mind. This was my first order from Zappos but will not be my last.

Very comfortable shoes, wore them straight out of the box for 12 hours without any issues. I highly recommend these shoes if you need a formal set.

If you're going by the international sizing, and you wear 42, it's probably better to get US 9.5 rather than 9. It's a little bit on the small side. Other than that, it's rather comfortable.

This review may be a little premature, because I haven't worn these shoes yet. So take my comfort rating with a grain of salt. However, size is pretty much spot on to what I tend to order and styling might actually be a little nicer than the pictures show. The elongated toe is enough to notice, but not over done for my taste.

These are excellent pairs of shoes. They are very comfortable. The glossy look is very sexy and overall one of the best dress shoes I have ever worn.

Great looking shoe, toe is elongated but that just adds to the style. Bought these for my boyfriend for his son's wedding (he hates to shop) and he loves them.

 |  | You need a portal just for testimonials! I am an enthusiastic fan of Zappos! I live overseas but I have a home in USA. I shop the latest styles and fashions on Zappos.com in Denmark, ship them to my USA address and pay with my Danish bank card...no hassle. Your “competition” will not allow me to do that and they place the burden of identity verification on me. When I try to place an order from Denmark to ship to my house in USA they cancel my order. When I call in to determine why they do not use a more sophisticated method of credit card verification like “Verify by Visa” they tell me they cannot reinstate the order. I spend about 3K per month in shoes alone and I am more than happy buying them all from Zappos now. I shop Zappos exclusively now for the great customer service, ease of use, selection and confidence in knowing that the purchases I make will be honored in a way that provides service to the customer. I started with buying shoes, I am now looking at all the other wonderful things Zappos offers as a result of the service and value provided through this company!
