The shoe is extremely difficult to put on. The material used for the bottom of the shoe is very lightweight and foamy. The look is cute, but the shape of your foot shoes through. The actual boot is very flimsy and hard to wear! I love the picture, but was very disappointed with the quality of the product. Especially for the price.

These shoes fit like a sock sewn to a piece of foam rubber--there's no support at all, nothing to keep your foot from just sliding off the side of the sole. They're really cute and I had very high hopes that they would be a cozy, around-the-house type of shoe. Sadly, I could not get from one end of my house to the other without nearly killing myself.

So comfy!
I bought these boots to wear to hockey games, and they are perfect! They keep my feet and legs warm, and are super comfortable. I'm definitely getting another pair!

 |  | Sadly I've come to expect little or no customer service these days, but I couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied with your product and service. I ordered my son a pair of shoes at approximately 10:00pm and was shocked to find the package sitting on my door step the following day. You guys upgraded my shipping at no cost to me and the product was as advertised – WOW. I'm a big fan and will be passing the word. Zappos is great! Thank you, Don B.
