Disappointed -
I ordered this shoe and silver and found it to be incredibly uncomfortable. The canvas lining and exposed seams as well as the stiff collar were painful. I am in the process of returning the shoe.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: Puma or Snipe

Comfort great - looks???
This is my second pair of SWs. These are very comfortable, but the look (I bought the silver) was not as classy as I had hoped for. I did keep them, but don't enjoy wearing them like I do my other shoes (except for the comfort - which is why I kept them).

 |  | I just had to write you about what an incredible experience it has been recently to deal with your company. I had bought a pair of rather expensive Mephisto sandals at the turn of the year that kept cutting my feet and giving me blisters. After wearing them 3 or 4 times, I gave up, threw them in the closet and figured I'd have to donate them
I ordered a new set of Mephistos that arrived this week and fit perfectly - no blisters, no problems. Along the way, I had a different pair sent that also fit wrong and those I sent back. Each time postage was paid BOTH ways, which I found remarkable, and the new shoes even came second-day air at no extra cost. I know this is standard policy for you folks, but it blew my mind. And each time I called customer service to handle the sending back of the original pair and then the second pair, until I got the final correct pair, each representative was kind, courteous, and super-competent. What an incredibly well-run company.
