Slip-slidin' away...
Tried this shoe on in gray, which, as another reviewer noted, is actually greenish gray. Comfortable and stylish, especially with jeans, and becoming to larger, wider feet like mine (11B/10.5C). Unfortunately, my heels kept sliding off the inner edges of the shoes as I walked. Made no difference whether I wore hosiery or not; my heels would slide off the shoes. Never had this problem before, even with sandals, so I decided not to keep these.

Beautiful but not Gray -
The shoes are beautiful and comfortable, but the color was not gray as indicated. It was more of a green and black color.

Stunning Beauty while Providing Comfort -
Helle did it again with this stunning beauty! The glossy shine makes the shoe look more like a jewel on your feet! As with other Helle clogs, the comfort is there. You can wear this shoe for hours and it will be as comfortable as the first moment you slipped it on. The neutral colors allow the shoe to be worn with many outfits -- it's definitely an awesome addition to anyone's shoe wardrobe!

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
