I bought these as soon as I saw them despite making a promise to myself that I would not buy any more boots because I have 20 pairs that are almost brand new. They are so sexy and so comfortable. I wear them to work with my tunics or leggings and get so many compliments for them. It's great!

 |  | I just wanted to say how much I love Zappos and your customer service. I recently had an order of 4 pairs of shoes. I knew if they didn't work out I could return them without any problems or questions. Luckily I liked all the shoes. But best of all you shipped them all in one large box which was really convenient because I didn't have to wait for 4 shipments.
