I also have a pair of Sebagos. These are just as comfortable and I like the more modern sole on the Hushpuppies.

Disappointment -
As you are aware I've sent one pair of “boat shoes” back already. These Hush Puppies I received in place of them were tight at the “toe joint”. I also had to get Dr. Scholl’s heel lifts as the outside of my ankle bones were rubbing on the top of that part of the shoe---very disappointed.

This is a great boat shoe. I usually buy Sperry but these are a more comfortable shoe for me. The arch support seems much better. As for sticking to wet surfaces, these are great. No slipping and sliding in the boat. Try a pair.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
