I absolutely fell in love with this shoe. I originally purchased this shoe for a social event and after work night outs, but after wearing it I decided to wear them to work occasionally, and they are the most comfortable and sexy shoe. I always get compliments on them. At work I have to wear pantyhose, and even wearing pantyhose, the heel strap stays in place perfectly without falling down. Being as these heels work so well with pantyhose, I am buying another pair just like them, and Zappos are the greatest to deal with. Thanks Zappos for a wonderful experience.

Heel strap falls down...but pretty shoe -
This shoe looked perfect with my outfit, navy, but after just a few hours the heel strap started to fall down.

Great looking shoe!!
This is a great looking shoe and has a comfortable heel height. The strap will slip with hose, but stays in place without hose.

Beautiful shoe, low heels with stiletto sass -
I ordered these shoes from Zappos after going to 10 shoe stores and not being able to find a pair of navy blue fabric shoes with matching bling to wear with a formal gown to an inaugural ball. The heels are just the right height for comfort and the style as sexy as a stiletto. I wish the heel was fabric covered, however the heel color is an exact match to the fabric front and straps. The slingback strap is not adjustable and I found them to be loose and prone to slip off. Tighter elastic in the back might have made the strap stay up better. Wearing hose I had a hard time keeping it in place. Without hose the shoes were a better fit and the strap stayed up. Overall I am very pleased with the shoes. Color, style and heel height are perfect. The matching rhinestones seal the deal.

OUCH -
They hurt my feet - but they looked great doing it! They need some elastic on the cross straps and then it felt a lot better (and a little additional cushion in the ball of the foot area would make it all that much nicer to wear).

The Perfect Dress Shoe -
These shoes are comfortable and look great with dress pants or a dress. I bought them for a cruise and they were perfect and comfortable. I love Zappos!!

Soo pretty!
This is a very beautiful shoe and comfortable too! The only problem is that the back heel strap will not stay up they are not very good for dancing or walking distances. But if you just want to stand around and look great this is the shoe for you. And Zappos was terrific, as usual. What a super fantastic company!

Nice Shoe -
This is truly a nice shoe; however, I really wished they would have put in an adjustable ankle strap. I was at a wedding and I had to take my shoes off because the STRAP kept on falling off. I was at fault because I tried my shoes on without stockings and they felt fine. On the day of the wedding, I had stockings on, put my shoes on, and found out the strap would not stay on. Needless to say, I've learned my lesson to always try on shoes with what I will be wearing.

This shoe is good looking except for the hard plastic shiny heel which cheapens the style. I found it difficult to walk in because there is little support in this diagonal strap design. It may work for others. I needed this shoe for a wedding where I danced the night away. Not a good choice for me.

I ordered these in black for a wedding I would be attending, but they will be going back. They are really cute, much more so in person than online. However, my experience is that these shoes felt like one size smaller and very narrow. I wear a 10W, and that is what I ordered, but when I put the shoe on my heel was still hanging off the back. Plus, the straps were so tight there was no way I would even be able to sit, let along walk! Perhaps if I had ordered a size 11WW, but I simply do not have time and the other shoes I ordered at the same time do fit.
If these shoes do manage to fit, they are are oh, so adorable!!

I was extremely pleased with the fit and comfort level. I purchased it for a wedding and it was comfortable for the entire event!!! The heel is not too high, and the accent on top added just the right touch.

Ouch!!!
The shoe was very uncomfortable for me. The straps on the inside of the shoe rubbed a blister on my foot.

Only Navy Dress Shoe in the US!
Searched everywhere for a nice "black tie" navy shoe and this was it! Good fit, good price, and very comfortable!

Beautiful Shoes -
First time shopper with Zappos and not sure what I was going to get. I ordered 2 different shoes, and 2 different sizes, hoping that I would find something that fit. The first shoe was pretty, but too big. The J. Renee was a perfect fit, color and I just love them. The shoe will make a wonderful addition to my outfit for my daughters wedding. They are beautiful and fit like a glove. Now I know which shoes I can get more of on-line.

Great Shoe - bad strap -
The only complaint that I have on this shoe is that the strap does not stay on. I tried and tried using different placements of the strap on my heel, but it would not stay on. I have a wide foot and this shoe fit really well (had to order a size larger for foot length). I tried lots of other sandals, but this was the best in regards to width.

Sad return -
Sadly, I had to return these silver shoes. They were so cute, but the strap wouldn't stay on my heel. I didn't want to wear these to my black tie event to have them flapping up and down on my feet. I love the heel height, and the rhinestone detail.

Won’t stay on!
Loved the look, the comfort was okay, but there is a design flaw here. Wore them one time to a formal gala and couldn't walk most of the night as the back strap doesn't stay up and I was left trying to shuffle around without dropping the shoe off my foot. Terribly annoying - mfg should take the shoe back! I may take to a shoe shop and see if they can reposition the strap since they match a formal gown.

Beautiful but bad fit.
This is a beautiful shoe and comfortable shoe. The problem is that the strap does not stay on at all when walking.

These days it is hard to find customer support that you want to jump up and down about, but I can honestly say that Zappos is one of the best. I got the first pair of shoes and they didn't fit, I called and they sent out another pair, trusting me to send back the pair that didn't fit. The return was very easy and paid for by Zappos. I got my new shoes and new years eve on the cruise my husband and I are going on will be in my new beautiful shoes.
